Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited three weeks for a referral, only to find out from my insurance (Anthem) that nothing was ever submitted. This office completely wasted my time and disregarded my health concerns.

The doctor was walking around the office but didn’t bother to see me, instead sending in a nurse practitioner who was clueless. She literally asked me which specialist I should be referred to—shouldn’t that be her job? Instead of focusing on my actual health issues, she spent 35 minutes trying to push a blood test on me just because insurance would cover it. It felt like a sales pitch rather than a medical visit. My issue and the check up blood test is irrelevant.

To make matters worse, their office hours are ridiculously limited (9-12 and 2-5:30), making it nearly impossible to get in touch with them. If this is how they treat patients, I’d hate to think what happens with more serious medical issues.

This level of incompetence is dangerous. Someone from the office needs to reach out to me ASAP and explain why my referral was never processed after weeks of waiting. This is completely unacceptable.

Never saw an actual doctor. Was expecting to at least be seen by a physician once. Asked for a paper prescription and was told everything was electronic. I googled the pharmacy of my choice, they wrote the location on my file and still managed to send the prescription to wrong location.

I love this clinic! Dr. Parvinchi is very knowledgeable. He makes sure his patients are well cared for by providing NPs who look after his patients; who are caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. He makes sure his patients are getting the care they need to address their concerns! His staffs are very nice and will address any issues you may have. I will definitely trust this clinic for my wellness and physical check-ups!

This is literally the worst doctors office in all of Valencia. Not because of the Doctors but because of the Front Desk and its lack of accountability. Nobody answers the phones. They say they will put a prescription in and then they don’t. My husband has insulin that he needs and isn’t being answered. Shame on this office. People need care. People need to be taken care of and be contacted promptly with the right medical care and that’s not happening. I’m so frustrated at this office.

New Edit: Now the Doctor wants to comment and say false informatiion. Not only Doctor, have I voiced my complaint multiple times to your office now you want to call me a liar. 100% accurate with evidence backed up. My husband had to walk into your clinic to get them to fill a prescrition because nobody would pick up the phone. You need to fix the problem.
