A nice, friendly, and family oriented place to go get your health check up or needs for the entire family. There are so many wonderful people here. Amalia is great. She always make sure patients and her employees are taken care off. She make it a great place to go to work every day. Thank you everyone for your hard work.

I appreciate all the friendly and welcoming receptionists in the front, especially one receptionist (I forgot her name but she's amazing and I appreciate her help very much). The nurses and doctors are so nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend Ampla Express and also to call and double check if your insurance is compatible.

I should have known something was wrong after both people in line in front of me left in anger.. But I like to always give people/places a little grace, mostly in customer service, but especially in the medical field. However, I do not think that there is any excuse as to how awful my experience has been so far with Ampla Health. I had an appointment to establish care with a new primary due to an insurance change, and to address some concerns of mine. After waiting months for my appointment, asked to reschedule once, and almost an hour after being called back, I was met with something that astonished me. I was immediately told that my issues will not be addressed today as the Primary doctor I was assigned too was on her last week as a primary provider. When I asked them how long they were aware she was leaving, they told me at least a month. I would like to know why they would have not called and rescheduled me at that point? Instead they wasted a lot of my time, including time I had to take off work to go to said appointment, and rescheduled me FOUR MONTHS LATER at a different clinic in town. They didn't even let me pick the day or time, she just wrote it on a card and handed me it. Now I have to wait until that appointment to get any of my issues addressed..... Please do yourself a favor, and do not go here unless you have too.

I surely hope the other clinic is going to be better than this.

UPDATE: I had a different appointment scheduled for today. After they called to confirm my appointment SIX times over the weekend, they called me an hour before the appointment was supposed to start, and rescheduled for two months later. Are you kidding me? This is actual patient neglect, and I will be looking into further reporting them. I hope other do too. I called to submit a formal complaint, and after much time on hold, there was not a single person available to help. They just kept telling me I could leave a message with different people, so I did with the site admin. I think every experience I have had with this place makes them seem worse and worse...

UPDATE #2: The site Admin (Roxanne) was able to get me in TODAY to establish care and address my issues, after I called to submit the complaint. Thank goodness for her! The primary care I was assigned to was Beckie Turner, and she was absolutely worth the wait. I have never had a doctor respect me and listen to my issues like she did. I actually cried tears of joy that I got her care today.

I like ampa health because all the nurses and staff members are very polite and especially at like the doctor. He is very nice to my son. Very polite and does a very good job on kids. Thank you and I do recommend other children coming to here

I got a notification on Monday letting me know that I had an appointment on Thursday at 8am. I made arrangements with my work to go. When I got there to check in at 7:45 am they said the appointment is at 10am. After explaining to them that I have to work they informed me that I will be marked as a "no shiw". These people need to get their appointment system fixed. They must not deal with people who actually have to work to pay the Dr. and the insurance that Obama made mandatory so he can collect from the profits.
Further more as being a "no show" after showing up at the time on the message, they are threatening to deny any future appointments.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but scheduling is atrocious. You can't get an appointment within 3 months for anything. When you finally do have an appointment and go in there are literally dozens of people. They want you to check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment. They don't call you back until 15min to an hour after your appointment time and then they put you in a room for another 45 minutes before you are seen. I have been here for multiple appointments and this is always the situation it's not a one off. They are colossally understaffed or they have a real scheduling problem. The doctors come in and spend 15 minutes with patients and several of them are burnt out and arrogant. I have not had good experiences here but am limited to where we can get medical care due to income limitations and health insurance.

Ampla has been a great clinic. Staff has always been very patient with my family and I . It’s our home town and it’s a clinic that is easy to access by its convenient location next to other county important services like behavioral health and the Iversen Center among just a few. God bless there staff.

Once you find a good doctor here that won't just push pills at you, it's great. However, the wait time is ridiculous. They have you check in 15 minutes early, but usually are at least 15-30 minutes behind. So you wait about 30-45 minutes on average. I've had to leave on several occasions due to waiting 2 hours plus. Which is very inconvenient. Ive currently been here for 1.5 hours waiting to be seen which is promoting me to write this review. They don't schedule very well and cancelations can push back appointments a few months.
