"Primary Care"

Those are the words used to describe most people's primary doctors. Unfortunately, the word "care" seems to have left Dr. Amani's vocabulary. After not having seen my father for over a year due to him having kidney stones and kidney issues resulting from those stones aside from the fact that Dr. Amani himself has been mostly unavailable over the course of my father's struggle with the kidney issues, he was disrespectful, condescending and overall careless to a man who has only ever come to Dr. Amani long before he was a part of Ampla Health. I would not recommend this particular physician. He does not seem to "care". My father will be switching to a different and more available physician very soon. Utterly disappointed.

Went and saw Dr Amani, for a hemorrhoid. Was told by a nurse after 9am they sent the prescription for a suppository and said i was free to leave. I go to my pharmacy, only to be told they never got the prescription. Called ampla and was told it will be sent through. I go back to the pharmacy after 1pm, to once again be told, there is no prescription to pick up. Call Ampla Health again and was told they messaged him to contact me. I wait almost another hour to be told they would send another message!
This is irresponsible for a doctor. I will NOT be coming back and will never trust this company AGAIN. This isn't the first time I've had issues with Ampla Health and im sick of being just another "number" to doctors who work with this company in the couple locations ive been to. The doctors here need to work on their communications with their patience and need to make sure prescription are GOOD TO GO before dealing with the next patient!

I recently came here for the first time for my daughter. Great service. Front staff was helpful. Clean and welcoming environment. Dr was great, very clear and friendly. Would come here again. Open 7 days a week!

Richland Clinic Ampla Health staff are always very personable and professional and very thorough. Dr. Jayakrishnan is the best doctor I have ever had! She is so informative, caring , and truly cares about your health. She is also very personable as well and always listens to her patients concerns and tries to find the best solution for the patient! She truly is one of a kind and a very special doctor.

Her Assistant, Karina, is also very helpful, personable and caring. She does what it takes to take care of the patients and beyond, and she does it with a big smile and truly cares about the patients well being.

Hats off to them both for doing such a great job.

I had a great experience with Ampla Health. I came in this morning for an appointment. Dr Reynolds was very thorough with his explanations and the receptionist Raman was extremely kind and helpful. She goes out of her way to accommodate patients.

I was helped by MA Karina Aceves and I had the best experience! She is very caring and kind and had the most patience for my children who are always afraid of walking into the children’s doctors office. I wish that every singe MA my kids have ever seen have had as much patience with children as she has! I have nothing but great things to say about her.

I take my kids to see Dr. Reynolds, he is always very understanding and helpful, answers all my questions patiently. Dr Reynold's MA (Amy) is super sweet and helpful, front staff is very welcoming. This last time I was there, Raman helped me with insurance issues, was very polite.
