I tried to call this place, read that this place is a scam and does not exist, and forgot about it. I got a call back and found out that there is an actual store in Charlestown where you can walk in and purchase supplies. The downside is that the return policy is very limited and you can not try items that are not opened before buying them. So if you need crutches you don't know if you like the style/type you picked until after you buy them.

This place is scam like other reviews have mentioned. I needed a catheter adapter on an urgent basis and gave them a call. The lady quoted $950 for a $0.99 plastic adapter. PLEASE STAY AWAY and look for some other alternative!

Great service and fast turnaround time.
My son broke his leg on Sunday, I called this place on Monday, and received a pediatric wheelchair on Tuesday morning by delivery.
It is slightly confusing because the quote comes from a different business name but the sales representative cleared up confusion, saying the business was acquired by another..

This place basically doesn't exist. I drove specifically to the address and there wasn't a medical supply store. If you're just an online retailer, you should say explicitly so instead of having potential customers losing precious time and money for transportation only to find out that the place cannot be found at their official address and hours.

I will buy online, but honestly, since I had such a poor experience with this store, I will find the product I'm looking for elsewhere.

These people are scam artist and will steal your money. I purchased 3M n45 mask amd they we're fake. They are shady also sold them to me in a plastic sandwich bag.

Took the time to drive to the address posted on Google to find they do not exist at the posted address. When I called the phone during their normal open business hours I got an answering service that had no Idea where they were located
