My experience here as a patient has always been excellent. Most recently I had some imaging done, and the medical assistant Josh, the physician on staff, and the front desk staff were all exceptionally kind, generous, and skilled. I have worked as a physical therapist for ten years, and was so impressed with the level of care provided. They went beyond what I would expect from any healthcare provider to make me feel safe and listened to, and they took the time to help me understand my diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment.

Wonderful facility! My husband and I unfortunately got sick during our two week Alaskan trip. We saw both PAs and had Jadyn as our MA. The staff from front to back was kind and efficient! They had our insurance verified before we even came in. Denise the PA was sooo kind and helpful. She listened to our concerns and got us both some medicine to get us feeling better. I can’t remember the other PA but she helped my husband quickly when he had pink eye. Clean facility, kind and knowledgeable staff and short wait times!

Words cannot express my gratitude for this team! The team is incredibly friendly, they have AMAZING hours to make it easy to schedule appointments and follow ups, the PA Denise was amazing, and I appreciate her being so thorough! This team clearly cares, which seems to be rare these days. Thank you all, highly recommend!!

I’ve been sick for a month and they got me in and out so quickly while being thorough and listening to all my concerns. They gave me a game plan for if I don’t feel better after this round of treatment and I feel so prepared and much more at ease. A really positive experience.

Another outstanding experience at AMS Urgent Care. As a VA patient, it isn't easy getting in to see my primary care doctor in a reasonable amount of time. My provider of choice in the meantime is AMS Urgent Care. The entire staff at AMS Urgent Care is professional, empathic, does what they say they will do when they say they'll do it, follows up, and honestly I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes to be seen by a medical professional. Appreciate all of you for caring about my medical needs.

Went in there to get checked yesterday (05/11/23)

I was definitely nervous because I don't know what's going on with me and also I have fears of needles. Everyone was amazing. The nurse was always reassuring me, the doctor was doing double/triple checks on everything, the lady that drew my blood was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable. And most of all, the front desk team that time, Katelyn, Dylan, and Emaili was amazing. They made me feel comfortable right when I came up to them. Chatted, listened, and helped me out with everything. Amazing place. I definitely recommend this place!

The best urgent care I’ve been to, hands down. Staff are compassionate and competent, from the front desk to the medical assistants to the doctors. I’ve been several times and never had a bad experience.
