I spent a lot of time and money going to this clinic. Dr. Wendy Sanders ordered a ct scan, ultrasound, and 16 vials of blood work. My past results were not looked at or compared to current results. I have no diagnosis over a month later and I am so sick that I still cannot work consistently. According to a direct quote from Dr. Sanders “it will take months to figure out what’s wrong”. I wish she would have reviewed past labs but she didn’t and I am still sick. She was being lazy because she is leaving.

This clinic doesn’t care about patients. The doctors do not understand labs and do not take the time to review past results. I will probably need to leave Alaska to find out why I am so sick all the time which is sad. A lot of people who need medical care are forced to leave Alaska. You can google it if you don’t believe me.

UPDATE: Jason (the director) called me and told me to “just make another appointment” and that Wendy Sanders is retiring. I did schedule a 5th appointment with another provider. Sure, I will make another appointment but I still making plans to leave Alaska due to the poor medical care and ignorant doctors. Making another appointment just pays them more money to say “I don’t know”, when really the were too lazy to review past labs or use any medical knowledge.

The medical field is the only field you can get paid to not do your job and not be held liable.

I drove three hours to try to get a walk in appointment but unfortunately they didn't have any cancellations. Everyone was so kind and did their best to make me an appointment in the future. The sliding scale program is super helpful. I feel safer knowing I can afford this healthcare.

And if you need the best worthy advice, Zach Hicks. That's talking from my experience over the last two plus years. And let's not forget Paul who will be the first person you see who goes beyond his duties to help and direct people with a smile ?. Thanks for a great team that has kept my healthcare where it needs to be.

I have never been treated so bad by a doctors office in my life
The Dr. They had me see was so rude and disrespectful. He complained about everything in my chart and criticized me for everything I take which aren't even addictive medications and I have been on these medications for 30 years because I need them and he said he would never prescribe that combination of drugs then he commented that he was sure the other Dr's also felt that way but they just wanted to get me out of the office so they would just fill them and move on. And he kept bitching about me not having a regular Dr well neighborhood health never assigned me to any one Dr I would just put me.with whatever Dr was available. I kept telling this rude Dr. That those are issues he needs to talk to the staff there about not the patient. Then he mentioned probably becoming none of the Dr's wanted me as a patient. I left in tears. Worst experience of my life by someone in the medical field . I don't recommend this place.

I use this facility because I worked there in the 70s. my care is by a PA, never saw a MD there in 10 years.

Established care a few months ago. The Doctor was not caring and extremely cold, I left crying. Now I am following up on mychart and it’s been 3 weeks with no response. I have been calling to get a response and still not a word back.
