Absolute best experience with staff and Doctor! Quick and efficient care. Everyone was friendly and helpful. All of my concerns were addressed and answered in depth. My husband went to Dr.Yip as a child and now our son goes to him. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for an awesome pediatrician!

Uncaring staff!
The pediatrician is good, but not worth 5 stars due to the office staff.. whoever is answering their phones is usually rude. We've called them numerous times for appointments and questions when my grandson has been ill. They'll literally hang up when in mid sentence. My daughter called to see if they needed a follow up appointment after being in the ER, when grandson had fever of 102. They rudely informed her that they already have his information then hung up. She wanted to know what else she could do to help her son feel better sooner, but they obviously don't care. Which isn't something you want from your pediatricians office. In fact, it's the complete opposite. I hope this office staff develops a caring customer service approach. You're talking to parents, some very new, they're calling because they care about their children and some are concerned and worried, maybe don't make it worse? Just a thought.

This place was recommended by the hospital staff. My experience the Staff at Angel Pediatric, was poor. Everyone that I had contact with, minus the nurse practitioner had a very dry personality, place was small and run down, not a welcoming environment. Charged a $100 just to weigh my 1 week old. I won’t be back.

Had our first experience with this office and so far from the first phone call to the first visit, it’s all been a really good experience so far. I first called to establish my child as a pt. Alyssa on the phone was absolutely wonderful. Super sweet and patient with all my questions. Helped explain the process for me and what to do. Highly recommend her!

Had to come in for a sick visit and was seen that morning. They have two entrances - one for well kids and one for sick kids. The wait was not long at all to be put into a waiting room or to be seen by the Dr. I thought we’d get seen by a nurse or a PA but we got seen by Dr. Rosenthal. She was super sweet, funny and great with my child. Really helpful and patient and spent a good amount of time with us. We didn’t feel rushed at all.

The only thing I thought could be better would be to make the waiting room and patient rooms a little more kid-friendly with something as simple as more wall decals. It would help the kids be more comfortable and less scared when they first get there. The waiting room was like an adult one - plain walls and nothing fun for them. The patient room we got was the same way (we did see one that had some decorations). My kid was looking forward to a themed room like her old Dr. Minor but just prepare your kids if it’s the first time.

Overall though, Between all the staff that has answered the phone, been at the front, and the back office, good experience so far!

Angel Pediatrics has always been great with my 3 daughters. They listen & are thorough during our appointments. My kids never mind going to the doctor.

For every one genuinely bad review, there's five other (FAKE) bad reviews that were just people who didn't get their way that day. Keep that in mind.

This practice comes highly recommended from me and plenty others.

The reviews on here really floor me. You're mad cause a practice can't accept new patients? That happens in all practices, at any time. How is it the office staff's fault if they took patients one day... and the day you called, they weren't? Please reevaluate your complaint.

The office staff is pleasant. Nobody has ever threatened me, been rude... nothing. Are we sure it's the office staff here?.... cause I think we need to do some self-reflection.

ALSO since we are talking staffing, I've had no issues with the medical assistants either. Especially the male MA... he's always kind and professional.

People who have happy experiences hardly leave reviews. They are happy. Done and done. People who are mad, leave bad reviews in revenge.

Also also, Dr. Santos has not worked there in literal years so what is the lady below me even talking about. Lol

I called a month ago to prepare for my newborn daughter and was assured that everything would be set for her arrival and I needed to call when she was born to be on the newborn block schedule.
I was released at 8pm with a billi blanket and told to follow up with my pediatrician the next morning to have her levels drawn. I called right at 8am opening and was told that the Doctor decided to retire and no longer was accepting new patients. I stated the importance of this appointment at least for a blood draw for her levels as she's on light therapy, and even told them I had called already and was assured she would be seen. I was essentially told too bad, we just found out a week ago but that I should "try again after the new year".

Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I'm making the drive to a pediatrician who was able to get me in within an hour based on her situation and was accommodating and flexible.

We just saw Dr. Yip for our 3 day old infant check up. He was absolutely amazing! Made us feel comfortable and thoroughly answered all of our questions! We were back in the room within 5 minutes and Dr. Yip spent quite a bit of time with us to make sure we were comfortable as new parents. In fact all the ladies in the office up front were wonderful too! I am happy we chose this practice as our baby's pediatrician. ?
