I used to come here for years for my braces which came out good. The wait hours are 2 hours even if you have an appointment. This place charges a lot and tries to get more money out of you. In the past they made me pay $500 for jaw x-ray because I had an issue in my gums, just for them not to use the photo. They never seem to know what’s going on. I’ve gotten my wisdom teeth removed here. And the lady wanted to remove my wisdom teeth again, and I told her I already had them removed. And she didn’t believe me because she was using an old photo. I’ve never got good vibes maybe by a few of the workers but my rating is based on many of the bad experiences. Dr. Mejia is extremely rude and isn’t a good listener. I asked her a question about my retainers. Before I asked her a question, I explained to her many times I’m getting my retainers molded that day. And how I haven’t worn them in months and if getting new retainers will close the small gaps I had. She was quick to be rude and judgmental asked “why did you do that. you need them as soon as possible.”And I again reminded her I was getting molded today, she didn’t seem to listen as she kept pressuring me saying the same thing to get it as soon as possible. Which i had to remind the the 100th time I was getting them until she finally understood. She was rude to my question and said “idk.” She was doing a teeth check up on me and as soon as I opened my mouth, she asked “did your teeth used to be straight.” I replied “yes” and she said “I can tell.” After she checked up on my teeth, she told me I can go. When I got to my car they told me I had a clean up as well and Dr Mejia cleaned my teeth roughly and my gums started to bleed. Maybe it’s normal but I have never had my gums bleed during a clean up. It hurts so bad. She kept saying “it’s because you have so much plaque.”

I am so impressed and thrilled with my restorations on 4 teeth today! Dr. Mejia was so gentle and my fillings look perfect! It was truly a positive experience and I highly recommend this dentist! All the staff were so friendly and nice too! I’m so thankful to have found such a wonderful dental office and look forward to coming back! Thank you!

I visited this place in Chatsworth California after I got referred by my dad. The service was quick it was actually quite busy in there, and they were still able to attend everybody that was going in a fairly quick fashion. I went with no appointment so I had to fill out paperwork but they still attend me within 30 minutes. The staff was really friendly and they speak both English and Spanish which was helpful.

First thing I noticed when I walked in was “wow how beautiful.” Everything looks new very aesthetic, clean, neat, was welcomed with friendly front desk. Waited no more than 15min. Once I went in everything was very neat, clean, everything looks so new and the machines look state of the art high end technology. The medical assistant was very nice and friendly as well. The doctors greeted me and told me my findings and were very professional and explained to me what they found in my teeth after the X-rays. After the treatment I was very satisfied with everything. I usually dislike going to the dentist but this was a game changer. Everything was great from when I walked in and when I walked out. I’m usually very picky when it comes to my teeth but this was amazing experience. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants well job done in their teeth and it’s very neat , clean, and great staff. The doctors are amazing too and the environment is very welcoming. You won’t be disappointed. I sure did leave with a smile 🙂
