I’ve dealt with Conklin on multiple occasions. Once for myself, a few for my child. She actually delivered my only child - My OB was on vacation and I went in to labor early. Conklin happened to be on call. During delivery she was very short, snippy and dismissive. It was 4 am, so I can empathize with feeling tired - but it was a very short and easy delivery. There was no reason for an unpleasant bedside manner. My mother, who was recording, caught her fumbling my child on the final push.

I gave grace, as she was also pregnant at that time.

We chose to use her as our child’s pediatrician. I remember her seeming carless, fast and rougher than necessary. All-in-all did not seem to enjoy being around my infant. She also circumcised my child.. It’s been years and are still dealing with the obvious excess skin that was left by her (words from our urologist). We switched pediatricians and she also moved to a different clinic.

I’ve waited 4 years to publicly express my disappointment in Dr. Conklin to avoid speaking out of unprocessed emotion. There are so many wonderful doctors, nurses, etc. who are truly made for this line of work.. I do not believe that Conklin is one of them.

Dr. Conklin has been mine and my daughters doctor for awhile now, and she’s great! She always listens to my concerns and is very helpful! Lexi is also amazing too!! 🫶🏼

Poor bedside manner. But what's worse is she silently refuses to ever return my calls or fax my information. I waited weeks for lab results that I was told would only take 5 days, and the only reason I ever got them was because I persisted in repeadedly calling (after it'd been 2 weeks) and eventually demanded to speak to any nurse available just to tell me the results over the phone. Then faxing those results? I've still been waiting over a month now with repeated calls, and even had the other nurse (who needs to receive the fax) call her directly because my treatment has been on hold for months now just waiting for this doctor to give me results, which should have been no more than 5 days. Over half of my 3-month treatment at another facility, which I paid out of pocket, has been wasted on hold due to her negligence.

"She'll call you back" is all I ever get told, which is a lie. She will never call you back.

Absolutely love her she has been my kids provider since my daughter was a week old now turning 4 and she delivered my son. We love doctor Conklin she's is blunt but I love that about her she will also explain everything to you better than most doctors do. The only down side is she is always booked up so it takes awhile to get in with her. Oh well she is worth the wait

She has the worst bedside manner of an private provider I have ever seen. My whole family is in the medical field, and was appalled at how she treated my 14year old daughter. My daughter has fibromyalgia, Spina bifida, and migraines. She was told by Conklin that 4 migraines a month (not headaches, but vomiting, crying, and wishing for literal death) was not enough to constitue pain management meds. She down played her fibromyalgia asking who diagnosed her, and asking if we were for sure she even had it. She then asked how we got a Spina bifida diagnosis acting like she didn't believe us. I cancelled my appointment I had scheduled with her for later that month, and will not be going back, and would highly recommend ANYONE else.

Dr. Conklin seems quite friendly to me. She takes a serous interest in the aspects of my health I'm concerned about, and did rigorous testing to make sure my arterial plaque, blood pressure, triglycerides etc. were all in check.

She has the worst beside manner of any doctor that I have ever seen. She was often late on my prescriptions or didn't refill them at all. She actually threatened to withhold my medications which eventually happened. I pray that another patient never has to experience this kind of treatment again.

She listened to everything we said, and asked questions that we hadn't thought of, but should have!
