Today was my first visit with Dr. Su and she was fantastic! She provided me with all the information to make good informed decisions about my health, all while giving me the space and freedom without the pressure of my decisions being right or wrong. She took the time to listen and she asked detail questions to learn all she could about me. I truly felt like a patient and not a number.

Dr Su is fantastic! She is always on time, courteous, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Her upbeat attitude is wonderfully refreshing. Each of her staff that I’ve interacted with has been great as well.

Dr Su is fine. The Infusion team is superb. Fr Su’s admin is terrible, even bragging about double booking. I was scheduled for a televideo call and waited 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time even after letting her double booking scheduler know I wasn’t up for a delay. Added to this is the absolutely primitive patient communications the group has. What a shame they tolerate such poor patient services when the doctors themselves are quite good.

Dr Su and her team were wonderful! Worked me into the schedule. Scheduled radiology appointments to fit my schedule. Interrupted their lunch to draw my blood and start an Iv so I wouldn’t have to get stuck multiple times! This is medicine as it used to be and as it should be!

Dr. Su has been my oncologist/hematologist for two and a half years. She is who you would want to treat you for cancer. She has treated me through years of chemotherapy, infections, hospitalizations and all side effects chemotherapy treatments and cancer cause. She is compassionate and cares about her patients. I ,personally know l have done as well as possible with her care.

Appointment was on time. Nurse and Dr Su were warm, friendly and kind.The collection of medical data, physical exam and collection of blood specimens were done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the visit. My medical problem was addressed and I will hear from the clinic on the results of the tests.next week.
