It is such a pleasure to work with Stella!! She is prompt and timely in her responses, the billing process is extremely convenient, and she schedules all monthly calls ahead of time in order to assist with keeping track of appointments.

A reminder is sent via text message and email, and her approach is so friendly and genuine and I feel as if I am in the best of hands.

Im new to the ANQ office. But ive been a patient of Stella Nazarpoor (N.P) for years.
I have nothing but good words to say about Stella and the ANQ staff.
Somehow they have the time to listen and address any questions or concerns i have, and they do it with kindness, understanding and give you a sense of ease.
My schedule is all over the place, and recent medication shortages and insurances changes really made it difficult to navigate all the complex coordination required.
But Stella and her staff made the entire process,from appointments to coordinating with insurances and the pharmacy a seamless, stress free experience. They never make me feel rushed or guilty for calling about anything. It's the peace of mind and support i just can't get at any other office. ?
