Patrick (RN patriot team) has terrible customer service and hurts Anthems otherwise awesome VA team. While he is knowledgeable, he regularly does not follow up with scheduling appointments, worse yet he is unable to communicate timely with his patients, sometimes five days later returning a call. Patrick will sometimes make you feel like you are bothering him when you need him to do his job. My wife and I will be leaving Anthem VA, absolutely unacceptable!

Excellent healthcare! New building is really nice !!! but The staff is just excellent.. Patrick is amazing . He spent a lot of time on the phone with me convincing me I needed to go to the ER even though I was scared too, hesitant and honestly just so tired I didn't want to go but needed to!! Dr Rachel really listened to health concerns and the nurse that draws blood is always soooo nice and the best at what he does never hurts!!

Been using this facility for five years now. I have used va in Florida and Texas over the years, and anthem is by far the best! We even moved further away but chose to remain at anthem and drive the extra miles because it’s worth it!

My husband absolutely LOVES this clinic. After years of terrible VA doctors and even worse staff this place is a breath of fresh air. Dr Dekker and Janette are amazing.

It's bad enough that the clinic is shut down for the most part, but when I stop there and can't go inside and there is a sign outside that says someone will come out, and he did, but I was not allowed to talk to anyone about a serious issue. All I was told, three times "call and leave a message." I live 45 minutes away. I needed to at least talk to a nurse and the guy who came out was rude.
