I do not recommend this podiatrist company!
I’ve been trying to get my 93 yr old father a home visit appointment since July(2024). Left multi msgs with NO RETURN CALL with a confirmed appointment. Ask’d to speak with office supervisor Hazel on 3 different occasions, ech time placed on hold for over 10 mins then advised 1) left for the day (hmmm, comes in at 9 and leaves at 3:30),
2) she’s on a line with the podiatrist
3) she’s in a meeting(at 4:45?)…. seei the pattern?
Fed-up trying to resolve problem with office manager Hazel, I asked to speak with POD practice owner Dr Jeffery Demian. Another excuse was given, he was “out in field”. Left msg for Dr Demain to call back. Not sure he will return my call…still waiting
My opinion, if the office doesn’t care…it must mean that Dr Demain could care less too?

Tried for 2 months to get an appointment for my mom. The office staff can’t seem to handle notes and relay wrong information. After 2 months of waiting they couldn’t make the time frame we needed during the day . Should have read the reviews beforehand

This review is based on a negative interaction with one of the providers. I do not want to paint all the providers with a negative brush, nor do I want to call out a particular individual, who is probably just immature and didn’t handle the situation professionally. I scheduled an appointment for an elderly, widowed lady. I am her power of attorney, and live in another city. The interaction occurred with her son, who lives with her, and informed me of all the details. At the appt time, a phone rep from the agency called the son to cancel the appt. The son asked to reschedule, and the phone rep said yes. The son asked why this appt needed to be cancelled. He had difficulty understanding the lady, as she had an accent, and he is hard of hearing, so he was given to understand that there was a truck blocking the path to the house. Now, the client and son live on a private road, so it is narrow. The son got into his vehicle to look for the doctor, intending to guide to house, asking what the doctor’s car looked like (the phone rep never answered that question tho he asked several times). Then the phone rep stated she was cancelling the appt and NOT rescheduling, and don’t bother to find doctor, he already left. The son wanted to know why, and the phone rep said the doctor would return and talk to him. So the son eventually met up with the doctor, and that person informed the son “we like really don’t do dirt roads.” (What?) The son tried to explain to the doctor that the (packed) dirt section is short (about 300 yards) then back on paved road. The doctor repeated “we don’t do dirt roads.” (BTW this is a routinely used road that all the local residents, with regular cars, have no problem traversing on a daily basis – I visit all the time with my camry.) Then this doctor left. The son informed me that he felt very condescended to, and it was the attitude more than the refusal. There was no kindness, no apology, just being blown off.
I called the office to schedule with a provider “who isn’t afraid of dirt roads.” The phone rep gave me a referral to a different agency. Approximately a week later Anywhere Foot & Ankle called, and informed the son that they no longer service Hemet.

Friendly helpful staff ! I have spoken to Reyna and Hazel and the girls are always so nice to me and my parents. The office and doctors are very patient and caring every time ! I have recommended them to my friends and family who need people who love what they do all while in the comfort of your own home which we know can get difficult with our loved ones at their age. Thank you Dr. Demian and to the rest of the doctors for going above and beyond !

Just finished supervising my mom's first appointment with Anywhere Foot and Ankle Care and I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Montoya was professional, personable and efficient in her treatment of my elderly mother's foot issues. Covid had kept my mom away from her regular podiatrist for over 6 months, so her nails really needed attention.
The paperwork I filled out before the visit eliminated the need for any clerical tasks, saving time and effort.
I'm happy to have this safe, convenient alternative to an office visit.
