I walk in today and luckily for me they allowed it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Not long after I checked in and sat down I was already brought in, no need to have long time to wait!

The nurses Ms Rosa and the doctor Dr Lin are so nice and I could tell they were really concerned about my son’s health and would make sure that he got the best treatment that he needed.

The medical staff in this emergency department lack basic medical knowledge and skills. They prescribe medications unrelated to the condition in an attempt to treat patients, and their attitude is extremely poor. This is the worst medical facility I’ve ever been to, and I suspect how those positive reviews were even written.

I took my grandfather needing stitches and imaging. They took really great care of us and were extremely friendly and accommodating to boot!

Special shoutout to Rosa and Dr Nguyen for their excellent care. They were both extremely attentive to my grandfather’s needs, empathetic, and kind.

Not every urgent care center has people as dedicated to good patient care, but AP Urgent Care rose above the rest.

Thank you to the staff for taking great care of my dad. We had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The staff was caring and attentive from the moment we walked in. America was our MA and Flora was our provider.

Flora assessed his shoulder pain and sent him to the correct ER for the dislocation. They were very informative and answered all our questions. We would recommend this urgent care to anyone.

This place is awesome. Clean, efficient, and friendly. My child came down with an ear infection while we were visiting family in the area. We were seen right away and the NP was so kind and thorough. Our RX was sent right away.

This is my first time at AP Urgent Care. I arrived at 2:00pm and it's now 2:40pm I'm already in the exam room gonna see the doctor. Rosa and America were very kind and gentle. Nice waiting room, exam room, clean, nice staff, and fast service. No one likes to wait. 5 stars for sure.
