Excellent Care. The staff were very nice and welcoming. They were very informative about the process of being seen. The NP seemed very knowledgeable. She offered treatment options and gave recommendations based on my personal medical history. Very pleased with the service and care. This will be my “go to clinic” when my MD is unavailable.

I had a great experience! There was no wait, the staff was friendly and helpful. They called with lab results like they said they would and send genuinely concerned when they asked if I was feeling better with the medication they prescribed. I will definitely be back!

I went to an urgent care in ardmore an hour before their closing time. One woman was rude and none of them wanted to help me even when I offered to pay cash instead of using insurance all because "they were closing". I came here 10 minutes before their closing time (same day) and got treated as if I were actually a person! Staff was friendly and considerate! 10/10 recommend!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at ApproXie Athens! The service is just as good as the other locations throughout the Tennessee Valley. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The nurse and the medical assistants were angels, focused on providing the best care! I highly recommend approXie and I will definitely be back whenever I feel sick or need a physical done!

Everyone was so nice and welcoming into the urgent care. The ladies up front even had conversations with me and my son. The nurse practioner was patient, listened to me and I didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely come back to this location for mine and my son's medical needs.
