I am extremely disappointed in the care my family member received at this location. They went in with multiple symptoms — sore throat, congestion, cough, chills, and body fatigue. After testing negative for everything, the provider simply said they were fine because their breathing “sounded okay.”
Even if the issue isn’t viral, patients still deserve to be evaluated thoroughly and treated appropriately. No visit should end with, “You’re fine,” especially when clear symptoms are present. Proper care means taking the time to consider all possible causes, give recommendations, or refer patients for further evaluation — not just dismissing their concerns.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I have the same symptoms and also tested negative, so I know how miserable it feels. This kind of treatment shows a real lack of compassion and attention to patient needs. I truly hope AR Care takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle patients who come in looking for real answers and relief. As considered, I hope the future appointments don’t look the same or more action will be taken to resolve this issue.

I had a good experience here. I had my first visit a month or so ago and my doctor was very attentive, she filled the meds that I needed, and was not at all dismissive of my health concerns. I will follow up if my opinion of this clinic changes for any reason, but my first impression was very good.

So i had to wait awhile before i wrote this to cool down ; so had appt here at the beginning of april to get referred to neurologist for diagnosed condition ive delt w for 17 years and has gotten worse over the past year and stressed to the dr here that i was struggling appointment seemed to go fine so i waited week n i call to check they said they'd look into it n call me back , another couple days go by and i call again now they need scans i told them where they were at my appt , wait a few more days call again they can't be botherd to call to get them so i get paperwork n hand it to them in this office n they send to UAMS instead n to get in is 9 months away n i cant hold on that long, call them again n beg them to send to Baptist like i first asked they said they would send that day so wait another few days n they sent to wrong Baptist that doesnt treat my condition and i give up go to unity in searcy (great btw) takes them 3 days n i have appt at correct Baptist for 1 month later so i call ARcare to complain how awful my experience was w referrals n telling them how i got referral done for Baptist through unity heath like i asked n have them notate everything n just take me out of system i wont be going there ever again and arcare have the gaul to send me a appt letter in the mail to correct Baptist like they did it . sorry this is long but they made me and my dad (another referral) suffer due to their incompetence and lazyness when i stressed my diagnosed condition had worsened, they WILL waste your time ,ignore your heath and over charge you for doing nothing to help.

Shitty experience. Good doctor, great doctor actually, the woman at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful. To me and my elderly mother. Would not recommend this place just because of her. She didn’t even tell my doctor to send the prescription to Walgreens! I’m not able to get my prescription and i need it! What if it was life threatening, you people are jokes.

While seeing Doctor Jadie Daniel I expressed my discomfort and questioned why the blood work was mandatory, but instead of receiving a clear explanation, I felt pressured and that my concerns were dismissed. This left me feeling unheard, coerced, and reluctant to continue care with this provider.

Patients should be given clear reasoning for any medical test, especially when it is presented as a condition for treatment. In my case, the approach taken created unnecessary distress and raised serious concerns about respect for patient autonomy.

Do not go here, I am a 20 year old female, I am dealing with a lump in my breast as well as inversion of the nipple, they said “your too young to have cancer” so they did not give me a referral or even confirm if Id get a referral. I told her my family history about how breast cancers run early in my family as well as me starting puberty at a relatively young age.

Not to mention, I have brought up in at least three appointments that I have been dealing with heat welts/hives after getting strep in 2023, they barely acknowledged what I said and moved on, even when I showed them photos.

They do NOT take you seriously here.

Bonus: When I made my most recent appointment I called the West clinic to get an appointment, I did not know till the day of my appointment that they scheduled me to the East clinic. They did not communicate that during the scheduling. The day I went in I also saw a man who brought his kiddos in to the East clinic who had apparently been scheduled to the North clinic and that was not communicated to him either.

Overall if this place was good at one point it has definitely gone down in quality since then.

This place is absolutely worth less. They never submit referrals and if they do they do it incorrectly. My mom has been needing referrals for a year and a half now. They never get it done. It doesn’t matter if you call them daily they still don’t do it. They are unprofessional in every way. Rude, slow, never return phone calls and have no respect towards patients. I wouldn’t even bring my dog here.
