Wonderful experience! They were knowledgeable, quick, and great at helping me stay calm during blood draw. Many people don’t know that you can schedule a blood draw for yourself, you don’t have to jump through the hoops of primary care physicians and insurance. This was my first time at this facility. I was there for a drug screen for a new job. The staff took me right back, no appointment necessary, they were extremely friendly and professional, and the lab was exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend.

Took an hour for 3 screens. There were two people in front of me when I entered the building and I left an hour later. The lady seemed to work pretty hard but it was just crazy inefficient. She wasn’t super kind either but I know how stressful it can feel to be the only one working and feel overwhelmed.

Called to ask about getting in for a dlood draw just after 9 am, draw had to be done before 10 am. I know...Brianna (sp) returned my call immediately and took my information as I was driving to the location and got me in the door, paperwork filled out, paid blood drawn and out of the office before 10 am! The most painless blood draw I've ever had done! Pulling the bandage off hurt way worse than the needle!

Brianna at the front desk is superb. I went in trying to get fingerprinting done that we already had done and paid for for a company. She helped me set up the account email and all and my husband did fingerprinting the same day. Thank you so much

I showed up 15 minutes early for my pre-employment drug test, but the woman at the front office told me they were closing and asked me to come back in the morning. I explained that my schedule hadn’t allowed me to come sooner and I couldn’t return the next day, but she showed no understanding. It felt like she was more interested in leaving than helping me. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
