The office reported that my mother had a mass that needed to be imaged ASAP, the office screwed up multiple times sending the order so here we are three weeks later with no answer and no peace of mind. This place is such a disappointment, it was great with Dr. White and without her it’s gone down. I highly recommend that you don’t go here!

This office was terrible all the way around. While sitting in their small stuffy waiting room I could hear drs/nurses/office staff yell back and fourth down the hall to each other regarding patients personal details. Such as names of who was in what room and why, allergies, etc. I was notified previously about the odd bedside manner of the main female dr, however I wanted to give them a try as my options for the valley were limited. I was trying to transition from my anchorage dr office to this one and after a couple appts with them I asked them to please cancel my future appts and to transfer my records to Algone in Wasilla instead. Fast forward 2+ years later (to today) I am still at Algone in Wasilla HAPPILY. I am treated so greatly and cared for by Algone with no issues the entire time. I will never recommend anyone to Arctic Skye.

If your looking for care from doctors with old fashioned values, where your not just a number but a valued member of your health care team, then you have found it! I have been a patient for more than 10yrs and Dr. Whites team has taken me from bug bites to major surgeries, although she is an MD she will refer you to the best specialists when your care exceeds her knowledge or licensing. I recommend Artic Skye for all your families primary care needs
