I had a great visit. I showed up 10mins early. Check in was seamless and fast. I was taken back right on time. The ultrasound tech that worked with me was so pleasant to work with. I will definitely be back when I need more imaging.

Easy to make an appointment as well as complete all necessary paperwork online prior to my appointment. I received a lot of communication including appointment reminders. The front desk team was efficient and friendly at check-in. The radiology tech was quite yet personable. I would definitely return for future imaging needs.

Scheduling, check in and the whole MRI procedure were easy. The MRI machine is faster than others I’ve had done before. The only complaint is they do tend to rush people through, changing clothes and getting to the machines takes time, especially if you are elderly. It wasn’t an issue for me, but others I saw. I’m sure corporate has a quota or expectations that the employees need to meet, but compassionate care means a lot.

I had an MRI set up but insurance denied it. They contacted me and my Dr who fought it and won. They immediately called and set up my appointment. I filled out everything on line which was quick and easy. Arrived at the office was taken back in about 5 minutes. After a quick change was in the MRI machine and done. I like their MRI it’s a lot bigger than others I’d been in. Over all very happy with the whole crew there

My anxiety can escalate quickly if something is off. I cldn't find my mother's ID. With help from referring physician and paperwork, insurance card. Was very helpful and the techs were patient, at least for us..thank you. Some of us do not show physically any dx.

Courtney is warm, kind & considerate. Very intelligent- makes her job seem easy. She’s very good at what she does, and also has great “bedside manner.” Being unwell is frightening- even though I know Jesus loves me & is with me. But Courtney helped me forget the fears; her presence helped me not be so anxious.

I had a great experience even though I was in excruciating pain. The staff was very compassionate.
I also was very thankful for my tech. She was top notch and provided a very amazing patient experience. She was delicate and patient with me. She even offered to help me up from the table and walked me out.
I was very impressed and that’s why I can recommend Arizona Diagnostic Radiolgy to people near and far!
