The doctor who provided care was outstanding. Most of the staff was incredible. One lady in the front office has a nasty attitude and needs to adjust her tone when talking to patients. The waiting room was clean and organized. Overall I would recommend Arizona State urological institute.

Ouch. But we’re so professional. Explained everything and I was treated with respect so though embarrassed by procedure I felt comfortable. But ouch on procedure lol

These people are so kind and respectful. Not to wait to long, in and out quickly. Doctors are very knowledgeable and treat you with respect. Busy office, very sufficient.

I tried to make an appointment as a new patient. I did not have my insurance information with me. I had asked can we make the appointment I'll bring all my insurance documentation with me and was told no. It seems like they don't want new patients. Would not recommend.
