I want to make this clear the only reason I’m given this place 5 starts it’s because the outstanding service the Dolores provide, I had the worse costumer service last week with another saleswoman! I don’t know what it was the problem but the way how they treated me it was not aceptable ! I only recommend this place if you ask for Dolores she will take care of you ? % costumer service! She keeps costumer’s coming back!

This place is amazing! Manager Many and employee Dolores were phenomenal. This will be the only place I buy medical compression from. They also spent two hours with me properly fitting me for a pump, training, and educating me. They are so easy to work with, they billed my insurance, communicated with my doctors, and were so speedy and knowledgeable. Entire staff is great and they are well stocked for all compression equipment. I worked in medical sales for years, they are like no other DME/medical company out there.

They will not disappoint.

By far the most inept company I’ve encountered. They were prompt at sending a salesperson to measure and that is where it ended. Downhill from there. The office kept insisting they had not
received the paperwork from my doctor. The doctor confirmed several times it was sent to them. Then they said that the paperwork was too old and we’d have to start over. This is after close to two months of back-and-forth. I have since gone to another company and have nothing but good outcomes and prompt service. I realize everybody drops the ball once in a while, but this was past the point of ridiculous. Only giving one star because there’s no place to check zero stars!

Wonderful experience! The clerk who assisted me found the right size stockings for me, explained and how to put them on the right way. She was very patient and supportive, and did not rush through the fitting.

Exclusive Salon

In 2020 I underwent X plant of breast implants. I was becoming very ill from them and they were not healing correctly. After undergoing surgery. I was hospitalized due to all the complications I ended up suffering from lymphatic issues in my body. I had been going to a therapist at Banner health ,she was very helpful and had suggested a tactile press machine to be used daily at home.
Upon use of machine I stated having issues . I contacted the reps and let them know the issues but they never seem to get them resolved . I researched another method for myself and went online to search for a system that I could use at home daily . One that met all the requirements that I needed . That is when I came across vascular and they were extremely helpful . Lymphedema press has much better qualities , you can clean it much easier you can adjust it and hook it up to be used daily much easier than tactile machine. I’m so grateful to Arizona vascular for helping me out and lending out a machine to me . Thank you
