I would NOT recommend this office. The staff does not deserve 1 star, but it was important enough to leave this feedback that I had to leave 1 star to give feedback. Dr. Arnolds staff NEVER answers the phone, routes you leave messages, never returns calls and some front desk staff are very incompetent. They asked me how to spell medical terms. They asked me what chart notes were, and demanded they could not get a fax through or scan documents. Terrible front office staff. No compassion for patients. The technology used in the office is so out of date that they could not get medical docs faxed to specialists @ Cedars Sinai and asked me to pick them up and fax them myself! Walked in the office to pick up paperwork and three office staff members were laughing, standing around and talking, while a critical terminally ill patient was waiting for a return phone calling that was left 5 hours prior to walking in and picking up paperwork. Would never go back or recommend this office.

Dr Arnold is one of the best people who truly care for his patients. Very professional and kind Dr who allows patients to express their concern about their health. Also takes the needed to listen and answer questions.

He is the gold standard on how every physician should be with their patients.

I just met Doctor Arnold for the first time very recently. Upon my first visit he was very attentive, asked questions, wanted to get to know me personally and attended to my immediate needs. Dr. Arnold has been my Primary Care Doctor since 2007, when I was 62. I'm now 73. He cares very much for his patients, judging from my own experience. He cares about all aspects of your health, and goes above and beyond to make sure he gives you the best options, treatments, and specialists. He's guided me through 3 spinal operations, lung cancer surgery, breast cancer (DCIS) surgery, and a total knee replacement. His staff is efficient, friendly, and professional. In the past, when I've my insurance plans didn't allow me to have him as my doctor, I chose to stay with him and change insurance instead. I highly recommend him to patients of all ages.

He did nothing good for me. I am truly sorry I stayed a patient with him as long as I did. If u dont make your appointment one time, he will not give you any prescription even for the weekend. Just 2 or 3 of my pills untill Monday? NOPE !!
Make an appointment on Monday then you can get your refills. I did that and never went back.
I've been with my new Dr. for several years now and shes wonderful. She is kind and smart. She has helped me feel better and knows much more about medicine.
