Selected this business because of all the great reviews and figured we would have the same experience but it was the opposite for us.

We scheduled our appointment for the soonest they had, which was over a month away, even though kiddo was in pain, but we were understanding, about that. Then, they called and said they had something earlier and would we like it. I didn't have my schedule in front of me but was grateful for the opportunity and said I'd call back as soon as I got home to confirm. As promised, I called back but no one answered, and there was only an option to leave a voicemail, which I did. No one returned my call.

I tried again the following day and left a second message because again, no one answered the phones - both times it was during normal office hours and I was forced to the vm box. Still no return call!

Finally, after THREE days, I called to let them know of our experience, hoping there was some sort of explanation at least. The receptionist was SUPER rude. NO compassion, no empathy, no apology, nothing. She just hung up. Extremely unprofessional, and so grateful I didn't take my children into this establishment. We've since tried elsewhere and it's already so much better.

If I could get zero stars I would. We have tried and tried and tried to get a hold of them and schedule appointments. The children need significant dental work that that was discovers upon initial examination. Surgical coordinator call never happened. A better name for the place would be “run around” the mountain.

So happy to have found this please. My children felt safe, heard and WANTED. I as a parent was respected. I loved the information they share, their clinic is very child friendly, and CLEAN! Appreciate that they take DES insurance too, as it's so hard to find many friendly, clean and welcoming places who do! Thank you Dr. Kirk and Team!

I love ATM Pediatric Dentistry for my kiddos! They are always amazing. I have been bringing my kids here for years for cleanings to oral surgery requiring local anesthesia. Today we had a miscommunication & we were able to work together to find the best solution & my kid got the treatment they needed! Ten stars!

They are by far the best for my kids. Make them feel as comfortable as possible. My daughter loves seeing Dr. Crystal, makes her pictures everytime she goes there with a smile on her face. Naomi at the front desk is amazing with the kids!

Dr. Crystal was absolutely amazing with our 1- year old daughter. She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen before she did it (a very first dental appointment isn’t exactly fun), and was incredibly sweet and patient. Everyone we encountered here (front staff included!) was amazing. Would highly recommend bringing your children here!
