I arrived to the medical office early and was seen very quickly. The lady at the reception desk was very sweet and answered all my questions.

Once I saw the physician assistant he seemed to be very thorough and mentioned a lot that I had not heard before for my Long COVID diagnosis. He can up with a great game plan.

The nurse was also very cool. We talked about football and it put my mind at ease.

Love this place, and how can you say that about your doctor's office? Easy to make an appointment (in person or Telehealth) and can often get it the next-day. Medical professionals are attentive, knowledgeable and, above all, helpful. Staff is great too. The whole team cares, and it shows.

My primary dr. no longer accepted my medicare insurance. He transfered to medicare disadvantage, after seeing me for 6 years. I saw P.A. Dan Trung. I have Chrons, and was impressed by his knowledge, and kindness. Grate full l found Arrae Health.

Arrae health: WE were seen by PA Dan and Nurse Jill and found the to be very friendly, did not rush my husband and I thru visit, asks Thoughtful questions, listen attentively, and are very knowledgeable. We recently changed Primary Care doctors and are very satisfied with Dr. Patel, PA Dan and Nurse Jill as well as office staff.. Only wish they were located in 'Rancho Mirage:}

Everyone and everything is brilliant from the ease of making the appointment, to the ease of bringing everyone up to date (Jill, thank you) to the brilliant Dr. Garvin Patel who pays deep attention, covers every base, and takes every action. It is worth moving to Palm Springs to have the medical experience and this doctor.

I came here as a new patient on 12/3/24 and was told I need lab/blood work. Leaving my visit I was told I would receive an email with my blood work order. On 12/9/24 I gave this dr office a call requesting my lab work order as I hadn't received an email yet. I was told that labcorp already has my lab order electronically and I can go in at my leisure. On 12/13/24 I took time off at work to go in labcorp 40mins before they close. Within 15mins being at labcorp I was told they did not have my lab order. I called this dr office and asked if they could fax it over. I was told that it would be faxed within 5 mins. I waited till 10 mins before labcorp closes and asked if they received the fax. They said no. I called this dr office again and they said they would fax it again. The labcorp technician asked this dr office if they could give her the PRN# (prerequisite number) after several back and forth we finally got the number. When they used it, it of course didn't work nor did they get a fax. Labcorp stayed open for me 20mins after closing to see if we would get the fax that never came. After leaving I called this office and basically talked to the manager who had nothing to say other than they sent the fax and that they sent my lab work order to lab corp 2 hours before I went into labcorp. Which is really odd considering they told me they would send the lab work order the same day of my appointment on 12/3/24 and it has been 11 days but I’ll be generous and say 9 business days.

The take aways

This is my first google review and they piss me off enough to leave one.

They don’t know how to email
They don’t know how to fax
They don’t know how to send out electronic lab orders
And at the end of the day it makes me think they really don’t care about bringing in new patients. Which is okay cause I can take my money somewhere else.

Me and my husband has been searching for a primary doctor for quite a while now. After pandemic hit, it was so difficult to get an appointment soon. It has always been 6 months to almost none available for new patients. One of my coworkers referred me to this clinic and as soon as seeing they are taking new patients plus availabilities are already in their website. It was very convenient and fast booking. As we get to the clinic, there was no waiting time. Staff were friendly and made us comfortable right away. Dan Truong - PA-C seen us and was very detailed in explaining our condition. Definitely recommend to anyone.
