Worse IOP ever!!!! My 13 year old can give better advice ....the instructor/counselor is beyond strict and I've noticed more than one person having issues with her ....my counselor didn't even know what PHP meant as a substance abuse counselor that would to me be a requirement! I strongly do not recommend this place if you are looking for a better way of life however Tiesha the lady at front desk is so so sweet and caring and does her job to the max oh and she is super cute go T! Stacey is also very understanding and will get problems addressed.

the facility is very clean and organized. They make you feel safe and never judge or look down on anyone. they staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel like a family always remembering the little details and asking how everyone is doing. Many times they have gone above and beyond to help with resources and life events like school supplies for the kids in the fall, making sure you have food etc.

The staff is nice and accomodations are met mostly....there is one staff member in peticular that is over dramatic and likes to not tell the truth. I'm not here to put anyone on blast but just go and you shall see for yourself. All the patient's tell the same story about this person. Besides her I have no complaints.

The staff is nice , but that aside , if you have to work in the morning they will not accommodate you. Everytime you show up at 5 am there is a line of people. It’s obvious they aren’t working at 5 am . Even when I explain I have to be at work they still don’t care . Here I am the only one in the office that definitely has to be at work 6 minutes ago . They need to fix this. Other than that this place is what it is . A clinic for broken people. It’s already shameful to have to go to a place like this for me . Don’t treat me like a medical experiment or just a number . I hate that
