Last Wednesday, I visited my doctor to got blood test , including determining the gender of my baby and other important health checks. Today, when I called to check on the results, they informed me that I need to come in again for another blood draw. Apparently, the previous blood sample was insufficient.

I'm quite frustrated by this situation. It's disheartening to think that such a basic mistake could occur, especially in a medical setting. Now, I'm left wondering if I have to go back on Wednesday for another blood test and wait another week for the results. This whole process seems needlessly complicated and frustrating.

I value accurate and timely medical information, especially during such an important time. It's disappointing that this error has caused a delay and uncertainty in receiving crucial health information.

Doctors are really kind and make me feel they really care about me and do their best to help me with any medical issues, and their front desk receptionist Debbie is very kind and friendly makes us feel welcome, nurses are really kind to. The wait may need a little improvement but overall, it's a great clinic.

This has been my primary care clinic for a couple of years now, I’ve meet with amazing doctors who are very knowledgeable and supportive with my medical care. Nurses and staff are also very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Dr. Carmelita Membreve!

My provider was Carmelita, we got along so well that I even had her cell number. I'm a CLS (Clinical Laboratory Scientists) in LA I do travel a few days of the week and have my condo in West Hollywood. Anyway my experience as a patient was ok as far as communication, but I always had to tell her what meds to give me and my children as if I was the Dr. As soon as I was diagnosed with Lupus at St Joseph's Medical center in Burbank and always being misdiagnosed by Carmelita she dropped me as a patient and I had to call my insurance to complain because the the office manager Lizbeth did not care to help or hear me out because they are all friends and there is always drama so I did a few grievance complaints and moved my medical care to Vanguard medical. I would always hear the M.A.'s talking bad about the patients and cursing in spanish I had to tell them that it's not professional. The M.A.'s are rude and unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. I feel bad for the patients who do not know how to defend themselves and that are misdiagnosed like I was. Carmelita had told me that I was a hard case she just did not know what to do. But that was the case to begin with. Also a lot of the providers are not licensed so that's something to look out for you can always call Sacramento and they can tell you if they are or not. I've been in the medical field since 1999 I had my BSN R.N. and soon after I got my CLS I run a lab in L.A and from my experience if you want to be treated with respect and dignity do not go to this clinic. They are disrespectful and unprofessional and you will end up with wrong medication, diagnosis and they forever send refills when you do not need them as they work with Arvin pharmacy and that pharmacy does not care about the patients either they will continue to refill when there's no need especially the opioids. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC! Carmelita had the nerve to text me and she was so rude and ghetto because of the grievance complaints that she degraded her education as a medical professional. I also hope they do not hire anyone from that clinic at the Vanguard medical clinic in Arvin its not worth the mistreatment. Nor do people need to talk about their patients they for get the HIPAA law.

The services that I receive from Arvin Clinic is excellent. Dr. Carmelita Membre and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. They do care and follow up with all results and concerns.
I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

I'm starting off by saying that Arvin Medical Clinic has on of the best Doctor I have ever had. Her name is Dr. Carmelita Membreve. She always there to help you. Shes never in a rush and always listens to you needs. I have had only positive experiences with this Clinic and with Dr. Carmelita. I would totally recommend them.

I went in with my neighbor today, she had an appointment. We met a girl named Jennifer Lopez and she was the nicest out of all the girls working their!! She greeted us with a smile and treated us with respect! She was very professional and well mannered! The cleanliness of the clinic was great! It smelled so clean! I will definitely be recommending this clinic to my family!

I been going to this clinic for a while know and I can say I’ve seen improvements even tho all the staff is new and the old girls were awesome and good at their job I like it my doctor is awesome she’s on point on everything for my kids and my self I can say I’m really happy with the way it’s working I had a bit of an issue and the manager took care of it with a blink of an Eye Thank you DR. Carmelita for the awesome doctor you are ♥️♥️♥️
