I wish i could give a big fat 0 stars. so unprofessional they delayed home health for my mother for a week, continuously stating they'll get back to us, or not returning calls, and then threating to discharge her from h/h when they never showed up until i informed the owner i was foin g to contact the insurance company & my mother surgeon that they have not provided any services.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. If you care at all for your loved ones never leave them in this companies hands. They will never show up. And hour by hour promise they will. Shame on Regal Medical group for contrating with such a horrible co.
