Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and professional. They really seemed to care and explained the process, and how long it would take.
In a shout out to one person who really went the extra mile, Erica, who did my CT scan was most engaging. She made me feel very welcome. I felt like I was her only patient and she was totally dedicated to my care. Great job Erica! Providers like you make the patient experience special and keep us coming back to Ascension Borgess!

I had foot surgery and from the moment I entered the surgery center to check in. Every person I encountered throughout the process was attentive and personable! The surgical team there was fabulous. Tatum was funny and efficient. Theresa was my get ready nurse and I believe Hilary (?) was my d/c nurse. She took a lot of time with with me and my husband to make sure we knew what we needed to do when we got home! I highly recommend your surgery center.

It was a pleasant experience from check in through the actual CT scan. I was greeted with a smile at check in and by the person doing the CT scan. They were both very professional.

I was also impressed by how quickly I received the results. The results were on My Chart the same day.

I was pretty pleased with Dr Wang. I think it would work better for a physical or wellness check is to have blood levels done before the appointment. Then the results could be reviewed in the appointment. Just my feedback. Also, I would prefer to have a physician's assistant or a nurse practitioner so that there could be a bit more time spent at the appointment. Nothing against Dr Wang..

A Dr. saw me promptly after slipping but not falling on the ice. He ordered 3 x-rays, results came back quickly. I was asked questions and listened to. Because of the Dr’s findings, explaining it so that I could understand it, I would give him more than 5 stars. Thank you.
