Drove 40 minutes, waited for 20 only to be told that there was a scheduling error and I didn't need to be seen that day. Fortunately I "wouldn't be charged" for the visit - for waiting in the waiting room 20 minutes?

No attempt to make it right. Everyone was friendly/cordial enough but a pretty disappointing waste of an hour.

Went to urgent care/walk-in to get a test for strep throat. I never got my results but they charged me for 2 test and an ER visit. They then sent my bill to collections after I made a minimum payment because I was still disputing the charges. STAY AWAY!

A couple months ago, I called to get my existing blood pressure prescription - which I was prescribed in Sep 2023 and had a few months left on it - rewritten so I could take it to a different pharmacy to get filled. Sadly, the person who answered the phone - who I believe is named Tracy - was the one who "helped" me.

Instead of helping me, she was very rude, nasty and condescending telling me that my existing prescription could not be rewritten for the remainder of the months I had left on it until I saw the doctor. Um. THE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED THIS TO ME IN SEPTEMBER 2023 WITH A 12 MONTH SCRIPT AND YOU CANNOT GIVE ME MY SCRIPT FOR THE REMAINING 3 MONTHS SO THAT I CAN GET IT FILLED AT A DIFFERENT PHARMACY? Nope. She took it upon herself to deny me my remaining blood pressure script like I was asking for some illegal drug or something. Nice. So, I took it upon myself to move all my records to Aurora.

It's super that Ascension Grafton has a receptionist that's making her own uneducated medical decisions when it comes to my life. No thank you.

The not-so-funny thing about this is that each time I came to Ascension Grafton over the past four years, Tracy has always been rude. I don't know if she's just bitter about life or what but it's not my fault that she's a biggun and hates her job. She really should look into some job that's not customer facing.

And no, Ascension, I do not need you to respond with some generic feedback link for ME to leave a review nor do I need your phone number to call to discuss further. There's nothing more to discuss - Tracy is despicable and clearly by all the other reviews, this isn't the first time and I doubt it's the last. Take this as your review and your need to further discuss.

Fine in a pinch for quick issues, but heed the warnings people having about their billing department. That this still consistently happens is a sign of more than just incompetence at play. They bill out urgent care as ER visits.

The receptionist is always friendly, professional, and answers right away. They have an efficient online portal to schedule appointments, which are usually available within a week. They run very close to on time; I have never waited more than five minutes for vitals. Dr. Duffy spends a lot of time getting to know his clients and treat them as a whole. I have come in for various reasons and always left feeling like I received the best care possible. I feel comfortable talking with Dr. Duffy about any ailment, even the embarrassing ones. He is friendly, personable, and trustworthy. I have never been so happy with a primary care doctor. I recommend him to anyone in Ozaukee County.

The care I received at the urgent care clinic was fine, my issue was with billing. They submitted my bill as an emergency room visit, (I was not at the hospital I was at the clinic ). There is a different co-pay for an emergency room visit versus an urgent care visit to the tune of $200. I have called multiple times and spoken to multiple customer service representatives who have agreed that this was submitted to my insurance company under the wrong code and said they would have it resubmitted under the proper code. I keep getting the bill for $200, nothing has been fixed and it’s been months. So this is either complete incompetence on their part, or fraud, either way I will never go back, and I will call the lawyer if this isn’t sort it out quickly.

Went in on a Sunday during football season, There was no wait which was nice, but the staff seemed annoyed that I was interrupting their game. They took my vitals, and then the doctor came in to see me. She was in the room for less than a minute, prescribed me some generic antibiotics and was gone. (It seemed like they were just rushing me through as fast as possible so they could get back to watching the Packers game.) I was in and out in 20 minutes total, which normally I wouldn't complain about, IF the problem I went in for was actually taken care of. (I ended up going to another doctor a few days later, because the problem had not gotten better. He was appalled when I told him about my quality of care and their instruction.)
I asked before leaving what I owed, and was told I "was good" and my insurance would cover it. Well, a month later I receive a bill for $300.

Money completely wasted. I will never be returning.
