This is where you want need to be if you're seeking help for mental health services.

The faculty is professional, efficient, and kind.

While I was in the PHP program then transitioned to the IOP program, my wants and needs were always heard and respected. Dr. Kapoor, Emme, Meagan, David, Sandra, Peema, Tessa, and others provide the help individuals such as myself need in order to heal physically, mentally, and emotionally.

The entire process from in-take to therapy and psychiatry was quick, easy, and most importantly - EFFECTIVE.

Though I could not continue with the IOP program for personal reasons, I could not feel better or more confident that I am on a promising path to recovery. I fully recommend this mental health service provider.

I've been coming here for about three years--since I went on Medicaid and could no longer gain access to the level of care I could once afford. This review is situated within the context that I understand and expect bottom-payer services to be terrible, especially in this society which seems to want to punish people who cannot "contribute". So, on the plus side, staff is very friendly, the care I receive has been competent and compassionate, it's unusual to wait particularly long time for appointments--absolutely consistent with the top-tier services I received when I was working. Also, the facility provides space for cost-free services, such as NAMI and other support activities. Now, the downside. Responsiveness is very slow. So much so that my advice is simply go in if you can't get help on the phone. Not all services are available on Medicaid--at one point my doctor left and I had to wait months for his replacement (I did get prescription renewals in the meantime). This was more a feature of Medicaid than the facility, I believe. Also it can be difficult to get follow-up appointments, but again I think this is a feature of how many people they treat. In all, I'd say that my experience here has been above my expectations (for medicaid level care), and if I'm lucky enough to get better insurance in the future, this won't be the first thing I try to improve on. (Oh, and in response to a previous review, while that reviewer's experience is certainly genuine and I think terrible, my calls are returned.)

Absolutly The Best place I have lived. Newly diagnosed and they took me in and were So good. I love the rooms are 2 people to an entire apartment. And they treated me like GOLD.

My family has received therapy and psychiatric care with this outpatient clinic for 10 years. They treated my 6 y/o for anxiety during our divorce, got me medicated to deal with PPD after having my second daughter and still treats my now ex husband during his recovery from alcohol and his PTSD. I am now a psychiatric nurse specializing in addiction and I refer EVERYBODY to them. They are wonderful. They do have a higher turn over of therapist because they take therapist early in their residency. As far as one reviewer saying they wouldn't send a child there, there's nowhere I'd rather send mine. All the staff especially the front desk staff are wonderful considering they deal with some very sick patients all day/every day.
