Check-in was excellent. There were some requirements online which took care of 95% Of check in requirements . I didn’t have to wait long For Technichian to take me for my test. Technician Did not greet me Or introduce himself nor did he explain what he was going to do. Direct me to undressed from the top up, put my gown facing forward.
Performed the test. When he was done, told me to get dressed, go ahead and walk out to the front and explain that I would not have to check out. That was it. I wasn’t expecting small chat, however, a slight explanation of the process before the test and perhaps during the test would’ve been nice.

These folks are great! My cardiologist Dr. Amer takes the time to listen and talk to you. The Ascension website is easy to use, and makes test results available quickly. I would highly recommend them to all.

I had 2 different tests performed today. ALL of the staff treated me with utmost respect and like I was family. There made sure that I was comfortable and was completely aware of the plan and how the procedures worked. VERY impressive!!!!!!!

The staff was friendly and professional. The lobby area and exam room I was in was very neat, organized and clean. I find it as a patient very important. Dr Mehta has a good bedside manner. I felt welcomed and not talked down to or disrespected by him or his staff.
