I have had a far, far better experience here than with the prior BM and other medical CPAP service providers n Wichita. Not perfect but supplies are reliable, most are knowledgeable or ready to get a prompt solution to issues that can arise with devices.
I've been a CPAP user for 13 years. Insurance is a breeze. Recommend you try them

Every visit I’ve had at this location, they have been on time, take time to talk about my care and there majority of the time have all the supplies I need. This is a great group to have on your care team.

My mother’s oxygen concentrator was working weird on 1/21/2025
We called they had us talk to 4 different people 4 times to do different things to check if we could fix it they was supposed to bring her a new concentrator didn’t show up…
On 1/22/2025 we sat and waited all day for them with the constant beeping of the concentrator I called at around 4:30-5:00 pm to ask if they was coming. They said we have just a few more stops and we will be there. Around 7 pm her machine stopped working completely I called the lady who took my info was so rude ! She said somebody would call us about 30 minutes later a man called very hateful and said. I heard you keep calling asking about an ETA on when I’m arriving I told him no I called to let them know before she was getting a little bit of oxygen out of her machine and now she is not getting any I just wanted you guys to know. He said does it have a water tank on it ? I said yes. He very rudely told me that probably the problem you just need to take it off . I told him we did that 4 different times yesterday. He said well I’ll be there around 8-8:30 pm byyyeeee how he said bye all rude and long pissed me off. So now we will wait and see if anybody shows up
