Aspen Dental in Attleboro, Massachusetts has been my go-to place for years, and I can't say enough good things about it.
They welcome you with warmth, kindness, and sincere concern as soon as you walk through their doors. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make sure each patient is at ease and feels appreciated.
The hospitality is really outstanding. Everyone is polite, professional, and focused on your needs, from the front desk staff to the dentists, hygienists, and assistants. Throughout your visit, they take the time to listen to your worries, respond to your inquiries, and put you at ease.

My first visit to Aspen Dental in South Attleboro was truly great ! Nice staff and Dentist! Left there feeling well treated and looking forward to going back for more follow up!. Just a little surprised at no follow up communication regarding upcoming visits!.........Last visit to Aspen Dental was quite impressive!. They were so accommodating and kind!. The Doctor was so nice and made me feel completely relaxed!. She is gentle yet got the tooth extraction done on a flash!.. The attendings were caring and patient!. Highly recommend, but would be nice if they accepted Mass. Health!... No complaints other than limited insurance !.. They truly deserve high marks and those negative reviews are unfounded!!

Staff just couldn’t seem to get what I wanted done. Simply make a new crown based off the mold you have already of my tooth and cement it on. So simple but instead I left with no tooth because they wanted to charge me for an implant instead of fixing their mistake and making me a new tooth cause it would have to be free of charge. I would have to pay for an implant. Now I have to find somewhere to make the same tooth they already have a mold of. Spent all day today just a waste. I will be contacting my insurance because this is a scam. Instead of fixing an issue you’ve dealt with before, you’re trying to make a patient pay more money out of pocket. You did it once what’s the issue with doing the same exact thing again. I was told “we don’t have a procedure like that” did say that when I paid for the procedure the first time which is recorded in your office I’m sure but now that it has to be free it’s “we don’t do that” now you have to pay for a crown. SCAM !!!! Calling insurance today and whomever else I can tell about this bad practice.

I went there march 20. Appointment was for 10:40. didn’t get seen till 1130. after they Extracted my tooth they said you’re all set and sent me on my way with no aftercare instruction. They were supposed to send over my antibiotics. I still didn’t receive that yet. which I have an infection in my mouth, which will make sense to send over my antibiotics right away 🤦‍♀️. Call three times and also left 2 voice message and still nothing 😒. you Would think they’ll make that a priority to send it over right away since you have a Infection. Going on day 3 I still haven’t received that yet. Will not recommend this place at all. So unprofessional!!!

I absolutely love this location and the entire staff. From the moment I walked in years ago they made me feel comfortable and welcomed me with a lot of love. Hospitality was and still is amazing, very professional and for me they did a great job. I told the Dr I just want my smile back and she gave that to me. So thank you to all at Aspen Dental in Attleboro, a lot of love from me to you!!! 5 star from me for sure!!!

Love the care I received by the dentist and Dayanna. Had all my teeth distracted and cwas wonderful very attentive kind and considered. Would recommend them for dental work. Was very satisfied with the staff and work. My new denture are beautiful.

Very pleasant and helpful. Was brought into the back right on schedule. I had practically no wait time. The only negative I can say is what we all expect. The price for services is VERY expensive. That's the reason for four stars.

This location has the worse patient experience and Felicia should retrained! She will never change as she has an array of office support team to approve her conduct! I could only imagine how many others have gone through this! Furthermore, she was training someone new; what skills is the new desk representative emulating from her while she was being comparative /aggressive towards me. And it gets worse: the new hire was teams chatting with her to get guidance as to how she should proceed and I could read all of her negative and unprofessional comments to my regard; as she dud not have a screen protector on her computer! How professional Asian! Well done! Thank you for not assisting me today; I believe I am better off at a better and more professional dental office!
