Today was my first visit. It went pretty well, so much better than expected. I had gone to other dentists and I could all ready tell that they (Aspen) were different, by far. I saw the commercials for Aspen Dental and decided to call them. Right from the start, it was made easy to book an appointment. I did it online and they had convenient times. They called me after that, to get more information. I was surprised that they're all over Massachusetts and the country. I was very impressed that the staff explained everything completely, every step of the way. The staff is very friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to going back for my dental treatments. (I can't believe that I said that! Lol.)They made me feel comfortable. That was important because I hadn't been to the dentist since way before COVID. And I need a lot of work done. Thank you all so much!

Everyone is so nice, so understanding and non judgemental. They explain very well what's going on if anything, and have great financing options even for people with not so great credit. The woman that does scheduling and finance is truly a gem and so helpful. If your looking for THAT dentist, this is it!

My experience at Aspen Dental was absolutely perfect. From online booking I was able to secure an appointment within an hour! Then, upon arriving- from reception to X-Ray to the Doctor and to the admin- all professional, knowledgeable, and kind!
I do recommend the fine folks at Aspen Dental, and will be getting my new smile there very very soon!

I would not recommend visiting Aspen Dental if you value your time. Called Tuesday for a new patient visit. Just a routine check-up, no pain or serious concerns. I was pleased when, what I have to assume was, the corporate office said they had an available appointment on Thursday at 10:45am. I arrive Thursday at 10:30am knowing I would need to fill out paper work. I was able to fill out the forms and return them to the front desk by 10:43. At 11:05, and after seeing multiple people that arrived after me called into the back, I inquired at the front desk about how much longer it would be. One receptionist asked “Would you like to leave?” And I responded that I was simply asking how much longer as this was my first time at this dentistry. I was informed I need x-rays as a first time patient and they only have one x-ray machine. So clearly a scheduling issue. I eventually get my x-rays and then wait a few minutes standing outside the x-ray room while they “found me a clean room”. It’s approximately 11:30 am. The dental hygienist comes in, does her exam, makes some recommendations, and informs me the dentist should be in shortly. I waited at least 20 minutes in that room. At 12:15pm I walked out without having been seen by a dentist. An hour and a half passed my scheduled visit and I still hadn’t been seen by dentist. As a first time patient I will not be returning nor would I ever recommend Aspen Dental. It seems to be business before patients.

Great /friendly staff!!... Simply amazing..imma OTR truck driver who had a SEVERE toothache and couldn't drive,IT WAS AN EMERGENCY!! 15 minutes to close and they said "come on in,we'll take care of you"" ...They saw my pain/situation and did do just that...giving me x-rays/antibiotics and showing me what the problem was...I was able to get back on the road because of this great staff!! Special shout out to the receptionist who helped me with my meds...YOU GUYS ROCK!!😊😊❤️❤️

If you hate going to the dentist like me, you need to go to aspen. My teeth were terrible, no judgement, no lectures, just options given to me so i could smile again. Love the staff, love that place, met the owner, love her too👍👍

The staff was super friendly. However was told I needed my wisdom teeth removed as soon as possible. They brought me into the financial office. The representative quoted me around $4000 to get them removed. I asked if that was with insurance she explained it's not with insurance because it takes their doctors month to get paid. The lady then further explained that I could do reimbursement after the procedure is paid. However a provider should not be able to choose to not run it through insurance due to payment concerns. I mean at that point it's like false advertisement saying they take insurance but then when it comes to procedures they won't put your insurance through because the way the claim is being paid which is not a members fault. That would be between a provider and the insurance company especially if that's something the company did not agree with the processing system of the insurance company to not be credentialed with that insurance company.
