Dr. Gordon extracted a tooth for me on 4-25-2025. The whole experience went very smooth from the beginning to the end. Dr. Gordon was personable and professional making my visit as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend his services!

Outstanding service starting right from the reception area and the check-in process. The staff was polite and efficient. Once I got to the patient treatment area, the technicians, hygienists, and the orthodontist listened to m y issues and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

Aspen is the worst. I went for two years. Long wait times (the last time I went I had to wait 45 minutes AFTER my cleaning to see Dr Shah.)

Prices seemed higher than they should be, then I realized they didn't bother charging my dental insurance (which I filled out every time I went there). They literally told me, on my final visit, "We'll bill your insurance next time."

Also, the whole process feels like you're being sold something. Business cards, special rooms so they can consult you with prices. Has a very "new car lot" feel to it.

Edit: I posted this review in January 2025, six months after my last visit here. In March 2025, Aspen sent me an $81 bill, claiming there was an error with my July visit that they just found. Apparently don't stop going here once you start, as they'll invent random charges. What a scammy place!

I encountered very courteous and welcoming staff at the front desk who graciously rescheduled my appointment for later in the day. The dental assistant, lab technician, business office mamager, and Dr. Shah were also courteous and made me feel as though my situation mattered. That was important to me as a patient. I felt heard. This was by far the best medical reception and care that I have experienced in quite sometime. I have found my dental care provider!👏🏾

I’ve had issues with my teeth since I’ve had them in my mouth.. Aspen was great about not embarrassing me and making me feel disgusting. They were warm and welcoming and did everything with the best of their care! Everyone was always polite and had a sincere smile on their face! They’ve changed my smile, my confidence, and my life. They made me cry twice! lol very happy tears though.

I really appreciate the friendly staff and the educational support they provided for me. I was a little ashamed to be seen because of the nature of my teeth, however the X-ray tech kindness and care made me SUPER GRATEFUL for choosing ASPEN. I encountered the most kind and caring staff on my visit. I went in for an emergency appointment to look at a cracked tooth and didn’t have my hopes up to get anything done that day. However, I was just in luck and was able to get a procedure completed within my time here—one I REALLY needed. With my circumstances, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of and compassionate. I will ONLY be returning here.
