I'd like to call out service tech Mike Hoffman. Over the top customer service best, fast service picking up my non-functioning power wheelchair. You never know how much you need and use something until it stops working. Make a call to their answering service on Monday night Mike called me first thing Tuesday morning and arrange to pick up my wheelchair to take back to the shop and diagnose the problem. Checked the driving system and quickly diagnosed the issue. Hello hanging wire head disconnected from the motors. He did a complete check of the entire wire system and secured all the wiring in the safe position so it wouldn't happen again. Tested all the operating functions to make sure they were 100% and returned the wheelchair to my house placed it inside for my convenience and explained the whole process and his solution to me, also in tips to prevent this from happening again. By the afternoon I was back on my power wheelchair and smiling from ear to ear the rest of the day, and my first peaceful night of sleep in 2 days since it stopped working and my fear of being without it for a long period of time and an expensve repair 💸. This is the second time I've purchased a Golden light envy GP 161 or GP 162 from them, both The perfect equipment choice from their offering a very satisfied customer for life - and highly recommending Aspirus at Home Medical Equipment for everyone. Was constantly being told different things by different staff. There is zero communication there. Was told by one I fullfilled obligation and so now owned my equipment, then 2 months later the director there sends me an email and gives me ten days to return equipment or be charged. Was also told I could try different masks for 30 days for free to find the perfect one. But it took 2 weeks to get in to try a second mask and when I got there, the woman made me feel like I was trying to steal masks and told me I could try one for free and that was it. She's so it "just this once".

Horrible, awful experience. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with this place regularly or long term. I'd avoid at all costs

The call center is horrible, This is the 3rd year in a row that I am sick with a sinus infection and bronchial infection because I can not get my supplies in a timely fashion. I have not been able to get new supplies for my new cpap machine since July of 2023. I keep being told I got some even though I never did. I was sent the wrong supplies I had to return but never got new ones. I am so angry that I am the one who has to suffer for their negligence.

Wow, horrible customer service. Trying to get a lift chair for my mother. Filled out the contact inquiry form on their website last week and no one contacted me. I then called the number on their website and in google and got connected to someone in another country who didn't know anything and left me on hold. I just wanted to talk to a sales rep and find out if they have chairs onsite my parents could try out. Why is this so difficult What a joke.

Supervisor was very unprofessional and the staff needs more customer service training in being compassionate and understanding to patients. It's been a month and I still haven't received my supplies, just being told to continue to wait. I've been very patient and understanding supplies were backordered. But telling a patient that it's out of their hands when a package has been shipped is unreasonable and ridiculous! You as a company need to provide better customer service and track the package and locate it's whereabouts, not the patient!

As of today, May 26, 2023, Aspirus WILL NOT fulfill any supply orders for myself or my husband. Apparently expressing your sentiments on social media is unacceptable to them. They told me to find another provider they don't want our business anymore. Interesting

My name is Michele (female) NOT Michael (male). Why do I have to tell customer service to order me WOMEN'S N20 CPap mask headgear? I received my new headgear only to realize the men's small (blue headgear) is much larger than the women's small (lilac headgear). TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE ASPIRUS! You have awful customer service. They frequently mess up my Cpap supply orders. This is just one example. Not only that they were less than helpful when Phillips recalled their Cpap machines. Many battles, telephone calls with manager explaining our doctor ordered a new Resmed Cpap machine and our insurance told us it would be covered due to company recall. The 5 year timeliness to replace machines did not apply. Mgr. Made us sign a form if insurance doesn't pay we'd be financially liable for payment of new Resmed Cpap or else they would not order it. Guess what Our insurance paid for the new machine no problem. Thanks for all your non-help Aspirus Home Medical Wausau, WI. Get your act together!
