The care my mother has received with Assisting Hands has been a wonderful addition. Mercedez is a supportive, professional, and warmhearted addition to my mother’s caretaking team. It may seem overwhelming at times when there are so many moving parts with caretaking of an aging/ill parent or family member, Assisting Hands has been that much needed additional support. From the direct weekly care from Mercedez, to their office support for scheduling and addressing inquiries, to Linda checking in to ensure AH is meeting my mothers and my needs, I am very confident in the care they are providing. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for this kind of support team.

Assisting Hands has been a godsent for my family during a very difficult time. Our dad has terminal cancer and suddenly lost some mobility and his ability to do everyday tasks. Daniellah is the owner and has personally assisted our family through this process. I called Assisting Hands on a Saturday, she came out to our home the following day (Sunday) for a consult, and she was able to match us with caregiver to start on the very next day. The two caregivers she matched us with are kind, patient, knowledgable, and a perfect fit for my parents, who were initially very hesitant to allow anyone into their home. Daniellah has had excellent communication with our family when our needs or schedule have changed. Assisting Hands truly provides excellent, personalized service.

The absolute worse home care company out there. Administration/owner, and staff are very unorganized, unprofessional, and unfriendly. They don’t seem to have a clue on how to run the business and communication is terrible. Daniellah the owner, seems to be doing all the work and doesn’t have employees assigned for different job positions. So getting in touch with them is a nightmare. Be aware and find a different company who knows what they are doing. They don’t even have a lot of clients although they’ve been in business for a really long time. Something seems off.

My family could not be happier with the In-home care Daniellah, Aurora, and the entire Assisting Hands Team have provided for our parents. Everyone at Assisting Hands is reliable and responsive to our specific needs. Anna, our parent’s primary care giver, goes above and beyond to provide our parent’s with the highest level of care and comfort, as well as compassionate companionship.
