My daughter was sent here by her pediatrician for blood work. It was our first time with this facility and it was a great experience. I hated that we were sent over during their lunch time (the pediatrician thought the facility closed early on Fridays), but the registar was quick to get our information in the system and we didn't wait long at all. The nurse could be heard telling another nurse she had a very busy day so far and wanted to get to her lunch. However, when she came to my daughter, she was so sweet and considerate. She was able to draw blood on the first stick and encourage me to get her food as soon as possible, as it was a lot of blood to draw. She was thorough in establishing all information was correct and wished my daughter well. Every one we spoke to was amazing and efficient!

Amazing staff from the moment I walked in the doors. The receptionist was sweet. My nurse Gina who prepped me for my procedure made me feel at ease, explained everything to me and made it all go nice and smooth. The nurse in the OR was so nice and made sure I was informed of what was going on the whole time i was awake. . My anesthesiologist was awesome and gave me my margarita drink through the IV lol ? after that I slept like a baby.
My nurse in the post up was sweet making sure I was alert and not in any pain.
Everyone here is absolutely amazing!

Dr. Dunn is a great physician that has helped my father and I. My father has cancer and Dr Garrett Dunn ordered hospice to take over his health care needs so my father can rest in the comfort and privacy of his own home and receive all the necessary medication he truly needs. Thank you Dr Dunn for your help and support and for having mercy on my old father. Thank you for hospice too that's paying for everything he needs right now. Sending Love to your family from ours.

Everyone was super nice. I am horrible with names but the nurse with the sweater that had her initials on it that I thought meant super registered nurse (SRN) was very friendly and so was the younger one. I think her name was Kaylee. It did take time from when I was checked in until my surgery but that seems normal. Dr Lawrence was very nice and explained everything just as he didn’t during my consult.

I am from Tennessee and by referral from my primary doctor ended up in Athens with an allergy specialist named Dr. Hill who was excellent in every way and once she sent me over to this hospital, I was in and out in under 30 minutes and Lab and x-ray work done Phenomenal service, phenomenal attitudes of the employees Never have I been at a hospital so short of a period of time everyone was great thank you very much

I went there to get some blood drawn for tests. The wait was reasonable. The price for the tests was lower than other places I had scouted online. Everyone was polite and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Athens area.

Communication, or lack thereof, is the reason for dropping a star. The staff was friendly, the facility clean, and once called back everything went fine with my epidural injection. The problem: my appointment was at 11:45, I got called back at 1:55.

Either there scheduling is off or they had some unscheduled urgent appointments. I don't know because they didn't tell me. If they had told me at check in that they were running behind and I would have a long wait that would have made it easier to take. As it was, I had to inquire with the front desk as to what was going on. The only information I got was it would be another hour before I was called back. no reason was given for the delay.
