I usually don't like leaving bad reviews on businesses but this has just become ridiculous. The last 3 times I visited I had 40+ mins waiting times and this last one that prompt me to write this I'm over the hour and still seating here waiting for the doctor to come here. This is very rude and I do hope you get better at scheduling appointments. I would not be coming back if not stuck doing Invisalign with them which I'm 20 weeks in and made my bottom teeth cricket. Very sad with this to be completely frank.

Great customer service at this office, an administrator named Neveah was incredibly thorough and helpful. The phone call I received honestly put this dental office over the top. I value customer service heavily so that made the mundane task of dealing with appointments more than tolerable.

Ive been coming here now for over a year. I recently moved to CT and traveled over an hour to this appointment. I am not one for looking forward to seeing the dentist, however this dentist office is beyond amazing! I highly highly recommend their services.Having been a patient of this dental office for over a year, I recently relocated to Connecticut and made a one-hour drive to attend my appointments. While I am not typically enthusiastic about dental visits, I must express my utmost admiration for the exceptional quality of care provided by this office. Don’t go here! Just don’t. I’ve never been harassed like I have by this business. The head dentist does NOT take NO for an answer, and will instead insist and ask about your personal life, finances, and encourage you to finance.

The dentist offers to help you with payments, not a payment plan, but simply spreading what would be one appointment into several over the course of the next 2-5 business years.

I spoke with 5 different employees the first day I was there because that’s just how they do things. Clueless front desk worker, every employee has a different “offer” for you. Don’t accept any promises for free services as they will conveniently forget when it comes time to pay.

I have never been to a dentist that is so unprofessional, having new team members performing dentistry, dropping instruments on the ground because it’s so crowded in the little rooms and scrapes on the walls from it, one room even had a straight up hole in the wall.

To Atlantis Dental directly: I was in a very vulnerable spot and yall took advantage of that and now you have to live with that karma. I wish there was more I could do but I just don’t have the fight left in me.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience with Atlantis Dental for those considering this practice. As someone who recently worked there, I saw firsthand how things operate behind the scenes.

The office was highly disorganized, and I witnessed employees being treated poorly, often being yelled at without cause. There was no proper team huddle or clear communication, making the work environment chaotic. While the practice offers high pay, it also has an extremely high turnover rate.

I strongly encourage potential patients to read all reviews carefully and pay attention to the details. Just a fair warning for those considering this office.

This office is using patient bib's as shades, how is osha not shutting them down is beyond me. Saliva travels in these opertories, as medical professionals we wipe all surfaces and thoroughly clean the rooms, but whatever has splattered onto those bibs remain 🤮
