I came to ATS Manufacturing years ago with a handmade sample and an idea for a specialty dance knee pad. They helped me with sampling and prototyping, advised me on sourcing, and brought my product to life. ATS has small batch manufactured my product for a long time now, and we are currently working on a 2.0 version together. The cut and sew team works with stretch materials and compression mesh, which few teams do. I'm happy with the craftsmanship, communication, and turnaround times. Jeff, in particular, has been responsive and transparent, which is critical when running a business that relies on small batch production. Nice staff helped direct to me to a medical supply store. FYI: this is not a store that sells wheelchairs or walkers etc. They manufacture bracing equipment. They don't have a retail store here.

GREAT SERVICE!!! was helped by Brian to find a shoulder brace for me that was reasonably priced. He didnt have one in stock but he called me back the next day and found one in another medical store for me to get in contact with and order one. I have been looking for a long while and was finally able to get one thanks to Brian.
