This place was so helpful and wonderful when I was pregnant. I didn’t have insurance and was so nervous and the staff here was so kind and compassionate they helped me find the right resources and even checked on me after my appointment. The offered free pregnancy testing and ultrasound to confirm and determine how far along I was. The staff was so amazingly kind and supportive and helped put my mind at ease.

Attleboro Women’s Health center was fantastic, and they were able to see my fiance and I the same day because of how far along she was! Karen, Kathy, and the rest of staff were incredible!! They sent us home with pictures from the ultrasound 🙂

I can not say enough nice things about this place! The staff were so nice, welcoming and knowledgeable.
They answered all my questions, gave me information for resources and eased my mind on my new bundle of joy!
Do not hesitate going here.
There was no religion even talked about and I didn’t feel judged at all.
It’s amazing these places are here for woman who need help!

In response to the negative reviews -
If you had truly been to Attleboro Women's Health Center, you would realize that your negative words are absolutely not true. Any comments calling this place a fake medical center are incorrect, because they have RNs, an MD, and licensed sonographers helping out there. They are not coercive, but instead provide FREE services and information to women in need. The people here are so kind and friendly. This place is amazing.

Note: This center does not provide abortion services!! My friend’s family member was trying to call another clinic and was inadvertently rerouted to the Attleboro Women’s Health Center. She clearly asked if she could book an abortion appointment and the center agreed to a booking. After arriving at the appointment, she was first presented with all of the options and assured that “she had other choices”. When she confirmed that she still wanted to proceed with an abortion, she was finally told: “We don’t do that here.” It is unethical to lead people on and deny medical care in this way. Although I cannot speak to the other services they provide, please be wary of this center!

From the moment we went in the staff were friendly and very informative. Love that they offer free services to all women. Dont listen to the false reviews, they care about your mental and physical health. They help women cope with post abortion trauma that NO ONE talks about. It's your choice, you have options, don't let someones opinion dictate your decision that can have ever lasting effects. "Love never fails" -1 Corinthians 13.

I called the number on the website and asked if walk ins were welcome and the woman on the answering service (very pleasant) confirmed that walk ins were welcomed. That was not the case when I arrived. There needs to be better communication between on site staff and the phone answering staff because It upset me to be turned away after telling the lady who answered the door bell that I was told I could walk in.

This place is completely unethical and should not be allowed to operate. They promote dangerous experimental procedures such as “abortion reversal” and do not provide accurate unbiased information about your options. I really wish this place would get shut down. They prey on vulnerable women and make an already difficult decision even more traumatic.

This was a VERY real, VERY traumatic experience I had. I walked in there by accident and when the receptionist realized I had mistaken them for an abortion clinic, she told me I should reconsider and that they could refer me to a doctor for progesterone treatment if I had regret after taking the first abortion pill. I researched this and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists website clearly states that medical abortion “reversal” is NOT supported by science, and that these procedures are dangerous, unproven, and unethical. That is a fact. Women have the right to know what they are walking into. This is a pro-life clinic and they will put their agenda before your health.
