Went in for a cyst removal and had a great experience. Dr Viders wanted to send me to a plastic surgeon but I insisted he do it. No visible scar, could not be happier with the results. I would refer any friend or family to him without hesitation!

I was referred to Auburn Dermatology (AD) by my primary care. AD was in touch with me and scheduled an appointment for me within 1 or 2 days of the referral. Very fast for a referral process!

Their office is located in a fairly convenient section of Auburn, with ample parking. I'm used to arriving 15-20min early for an appointment, and then waiting a good 15-20min after my scheduled time. However, this was not the case at AD- they saw me right on time, indeed, I believe they saw me a few minutes early!

I saw PA Dan. He was very polite and it was immediately apparent that he was extremely knowledgeable. His assistant was very pleasant as well.

I had some issues with "prior-authorization" for scripts (having to do with my insurance) but AD sorted it out with my insurance company without me having to ask.

A pleasant and anxiety-free experience, all around!

Had a area of concern the doctors assistant stated I was just being paranoid, I explained my dad had skin cancer and it killed him within a year and I have never had my skin checked. Worst service and professional manners makes me give them bad rating. I was so disappointed in this office. Keeping up with preventative care is important They made me feel I was wasting there time, shameful and unprofessional.

I’ve been coming to this dermatology office for years. At first it was great, but over the years it had seriously started to decline. All of my favorite doctors are long gone. I recently went and Dr. Casey. He was useless and clueless. He couldn’t treat my skin because he didn’t know what it looked like before! What did it matter he was supposed to be treating the condition it’s in NOW! Needless to say I had to tell HIM the medication I needed and request a higher dose in another medication. He just had no idea. I didn’t find him professional just aloof and uncaring and just repeated he couldn’t treat my skin without knowing it’s previous appearance. I mention my hair thinning and between him and Dr. Viders I got the text book use Rogaine and Viviscal. Not helpful. They have NO knowledge or treatment plans for hairless. Or the side affects of these OTC drugs. Go elsewhere if you looking for quality care. I have NO idea how this place stays open with the turnover.

I went to Auburn Dermatology & Laser Center located in Auburn, Ma. to treat my adult acne and also my xantheselma, which can be difficult to treat. Dr. Viders is a caring and knowledgeable dermatologist. Dr. Viders explained that treating xantheselma is difficult to treat because in many cases, treatment does not work. We decided to try Electrocautery, which is a long process but worked for my xantheselma. I am completely satisfied with the results. The PAs are friendly. I highly recommend Auburn Dermatology & Laser Center for your skin care needs.
