The staff were very professional. They were also kind and friendly. The place was clean. The Dr. was amazing. She found the problem quickly. She explained the procedure in a way that was easy to understand. The Dr was kind and made me feel calm. She had a dog named Kobi there that was simply adorable. The procedure went well and I return in a few days to have bandages changed. I definitely recommend this place

The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Casselberry was professional as well and knowledgeable. She was patient, taking time to answer all my questions. This was my first visit and there was one little glitch. My appointment was at 2:00, but because the receptionist was having trouble with the tablet I was to use to fill out new patient info and the doctor was out of town and late getting back to the office to help, I didn’t get checked in till about 3:00. They did apologize for the delay and hopefully, for future visits, this was not a usual occurrence.

I ordered my diabetic shoes in April, 2024. I had to call the office to see if they had come in. They said they were there and to come in and try on. (07.09.2024). When I tried them on, they were too big. They said they were going to reorder them. This was the 1st of July. Today, I called them and said they were going reorder them asking me for more information. This was 4 months ago. Today's date is 11.06.2024. I told them to cancel the order because of the long process with zero results. I paid my $18.00 copay. I don't know how much they had charge Medicare . Very poor service. Workers were nice and friendly

I came for a second opinion and never looked back. The staff and doctor are welcoming and very accommodating. The confidence I had during my consult was reassuring. Everything was clean and appeared sterile. I've had two visits and scheduled for surgery. I'm very satisfied.

Been type 1 diabetic for 44 years. Dr Casselberry and her techs are amazing! They get the job done with calluses, gentle in regards to my neuropathy and always intelligent cordial. I'm so thankful to have found this office!
