The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They take their time to get to know you.

They treat you like family.

What other pharmacy actually calls you and tells you, your order is ready every single month.

I like Auburn pharmacies pill pack. They actually package my pills for me every single month so I don't have to remember when to take my meds. Their pill pack service is great. I was their second customer and I've been with Auburn pharmacy for about 8 years.

Honestly, it looks like a typical small pharmacy. We usually are there on Sundays to trade transported animals, to the next driver who takes them to a foster or a new home, so they don’t languish in a shelter; the parking lot is big and empty making transfers easy.

I rate Auburn Pharmacy beyond five starts. The customer service provided each and every time is exceptional! V does an excellent job greeting and engaging with every customer. He is very helpful when answering questions and more then willing to answer them even if you ask a million like me! V is quick to identify any insurance processing issue. Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever been to.

Auburn Pharmacy is the best service you can ask for! They are very personable, know me by name and always are very welcoming and friendly! I recently got prescribed a $2000 prescription, very hard to get approval from the insurance company's. Vrushank worked with my Dr, insurance company, and supplier to get the approval and on top of that did his homework and got me a coupon to cover the $100 co pay for this particular medication!
I am part of a small business and also proud to support other businesses like this because of the wonderful treatment and service!
If you have not switched to Auburn Pharmacy you are doing yourself a disservice! Highly recommend that everyone local goes here, you will not be disappointed!
