I'll start by saying the front office staff are great, they really seem to care. Just don't be fooled by everyone else. They hold all the power over you and like to exercise it. At the end of the day, they don't care about you at all. That's how I've been treated.

I've had so many issues with Aurora. I've been a pain management patient since the owner bought the practice. In that time, I have had issue after issue with the providers (I've never been seen by an MD here). They will not call you to tell you that your appointment is canceled. (it was snowing heavily i showed up to an empty office.) They will not call you back when they said they would I have run out of meds and been left high and dry by them more than once. Last month, I showed up, and there was no provider (again). I was due for a refill that day, and it wasn't put in until the next morning at 8 am. I'm sure they still charged my insurance for an office visit when all I did was pee in a cup and leave. It's honestly so stressful, frustrating, and disheartening dealing with them. I dread going in and should have left long ago. I didn't know there was another pain management practice in Flagstaff. They transferred all their patients to another practice suddenly. I hope I can get better care there.

I live with a chronic pain disorder. I came in for a medical procedure. Right before I was put under anesthesia i heard the provider state “why is she getting this procedure? I would not recommend this one for her”. I woke up from the anesthesia after receiving a procedure in a lot of pain. I knew something was wrong, told the nurse, but she dismissed it, stating that it was just the anesthetic.

The following day I noted what i had heard to the provider. He said there had been a clerical error. They did the wrong procedure. I asked why the procedure moved forward if the clerical error was noted prior to the procedure taking place. He said “the insurance approved the procedure so we moved forward with it”.

I had my first appointment yesterday and was a bit anxious. Everyone working there was so kind and helpful. I gave them 5 stars for a good reason. They even helped me with verbal directions and with my iPhone that wasn’t receiving calls from them. I left there with confidence that they were going to help me.

I am flabbergasted that without even a single warning, to show up yesterday for my appointment to find out that they are no longer seeing their pain management patients. I was there on Tuesday for back injections, and not a word. I'm now being shipped off to another doctor at a different location not even associated with Aurora. How unprofessional can you guys be!

I absolutely love Aurora!! Vicky, Conner, Aiden and Emily are amazing people!! They truely care about their patients and go over and beyond to treat us. I will NEVER go to another pain dr.

The manager of the office got upset with me because I used the hospital for my injection. I was told if I didn't use there facility for procedures my orthopedic wanted done at the hospital I could no longer use them for Pain Management. The office only cares about the money not the patience. They need to leave Flagstaff we don't treat people like this.

Not you as a person. Vicky/Staff will play like they cares about you as a person, this is all acting role. Don't be fooled. This place will spit you out as fast as you walk into place. Stay away..
When I came out of surgery my whole right leg had no feeling, and pushing you out the door with this symptoms.

Zero stars, if I could. Long-term patient with zero compliance issues. Suddenly discharged, with no warning, for lack of imaging. When I asked for an MRI order (which had been discussed and approved during my last appointment), I was then told to go to my primary care physician. The turnover rate of providers is ridiculous. Must not be an efficient environment to work in. I do not recommend this practice, go anywhere else.
