Amanda at the office who set up the delivery was very pleasant and friendly. Overall very happy with the whole company. In this not so friendly world these days where everyone seems to just point out "what's wrong" I also feel it's very important and necessary to point out "all the good" that is done as well.

George was so patient, comforting, and informative! I truly appreciate him taking the time to go over everything about my new CPAP machine with me. Person who dropped off the equipment was thorough in answering all my questions. The same person picked its up the next day. He was in touch with me and let me know he uploaded it as I was hoping my cardiologist could review the results before my appointment later that week. Very happy with how the drop off and pick up took place.

My appointment today was with John & he was just absolutely amazing to work with. This is my first time using a CPAP so I know nothing about them. He explained everything I need to know & took the right amount of time to ensure I understood all the info presented. I’m so thankful I had John to get me started. I highly recommend him if you have the choice in who your appointment is with. The Adapt Health company seems to also be a great company to deal with. They sent me home with documentation to refer to & they have a lot of resources available to ensure you’re comfortable with the equipment & know how to reach out if you have questions or need help later on. They also have apps to simply things like monitoring your results, ordering supplies & tracking orders. It’s only day 1 for me, but it’s been a positive experience so far & they have me actually looking forward to using the machine when I was dreading it prior to meeting with John.

John has been great! He is outgoing and helpful, I am changing machines and head gear and he has been most helpful.

The receptionist in the front could be more outgoing. I can barely see her over the computer screen. Also there is no more than what's your name. I did hear her make a couple of work related calls.

The whole process was seamless thanks to George. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was nervous when I came in and that went away after a few minutes of talking with George. I walked away feeling well educated on the C-pap machine and all its parts. A+++++

Although it was New Year’s Day , the receptionist ,medical assistant and nurse practitioner were all very kind. Sammie , the Np was very patient and thorough!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone outside of the country.
