Absolutely LOVE the AVACEN device! It's helped me greatly throughout both of my pregnancies (singleton & twin). I credit this device for not only how good it's made me feel throughout both (helped with my sciatica), but for how advanced my daughter has been over the months for her age group. I feel the increased circulation that was given to her during my sessions while pregnant, helped her immensely. I recommend this device to all pregnant women I know because it is so worth it.

We purchased the Avacen Home+ machine about a year or so ago after using it at a local holistic health care facility. We purchased the Avacen machine that included a longer warranty. I was of course, skeptical, because you never know a warranty really works until you need it. We did, however, end up needing it. They told me to fill out the RMA form, it was approved the same day. I shipped it, it was marked received the day they received the shipment. They worked on it that day and the next, and then they shipped it back overnight, and I received it (had to sign for it). They were able to identify the problem, repaired it, and it's already back at my home. We absolutely love the Avacen machine for our family, and it's used almost nightly (as an added bonus, it helps our sleep a ton). It has helped my brain fog as well, which isn't one of their claims, but I notice the difference when I'm not using it.

Anytime you can’t actually call and get a human person to talk to shows a bad service. I bought a new machine and in 8 days it stopped working. Have tried multiple times to send an email several phone calls and you can’t speak to anyone. This is bad customer service and seems like a bad medical product. 8 days!!!!

Product is great, business model and support is not so good, Bought 2 machines and within week they both were non operational. When we discovered the support model is email we chose to send back within our 7 days of receiving. They won't refund money, read us the policy act, said you now own it!!! Wow not a good way to run a business model much less a multi-level marketing. Too Bad.

Avacen was recommended by my neighbor. She had found success in relieving hand and knee pain. I get frequent headaches so I tried her Avacen. It was very relaxing and warm. The best part was my headache diminished significantly. I chose to buy my own device based on that experience. I need to begin by mentioning the outstanding customer service. Emails are answered within an hour. Phone calls are answered with professionalism and kindness. Any question or concern was dealt with within the day.
As far as the Avacen device itself, I have been using it for a few months now with no headaches and an unexpected side effect has been the ability to get a good night of quality sleep. I used to wake up sore and stiff, now mornings are easy with no discomfort.
