Elias came to my home and spent quality time showing me how to use the equipment to help me rehab after knee replacement. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service!

I had a knee replacement, and I was referred to Avasco. I met with Elias and he was so wonderful and so patient with me. I was given a CPM machine which I lovingly called my leg extender. I had to call Elias twice because I messed up the remote. He got back to me quickly and was able to walk me through to get the remote working right. I faithfully used that machine, and I truly believe it helped me to have a speedy recovery.
I was also given an ice machine to ice my leg. Icing was also very important in my speedy recovery.
Elias and Avasco deserve the five stars. Thank you so much Elias

Called around to see if anyone could help me with a CPAP machine that needed repair. Randy at AVASCO said he would check into it if I sent him info on the machine. I did. After a long wait time I resent the email AND called the office to pass on that I resent the email. No response. Called again. No response. Called again. No response. Two of the times I spoke with a person who said they'd pass on that I was waiting for a response and the first time was on a voice mail. With two emails and three calls there's no excuse. I started the first email October 17th. It is now December 1st. Unacceptable!
