My lab was drawn the following week and I do appreciate the communication. I have my annual visit with the provider and then he informs me that the CCL lab will come out to see me the next week and draw my blood. It was a very successful process and did not really waste my time waiting.

I was having an issue with my billing and I was able to resolve it with the billing department. I received a bill that I needed to pay my balance. I did call AVC to fix the issue. One of the billing staff helped me and was able to connect me to my insurance provider and they were able to clear up the issue and I did not need to worry about paying the balance as it was taken care of by the team and my insurance. Thank you so much for helping me.
