Dr Borus is the best doctor in that area! He’s the most attentive and caring primary care physician I ever had. He was my OB in 2019 and I had a difficult pregnancy until we had to move to another state. His staff took wonderful care of me. Dr Borus listens to you and never in a hurry, you may have to wait for him but once he’s with you he gives you his time and attention. Highly recommend him!

In late August, my wife was hospitalized for Gallbladder and or Pancreas issues. Dr. Meyer’s from the Avera lakes family practice was the DR. that attended her. We’re from out of state and we were very impressed with Dr. Myers for the care that he provided and his professionalism. He was extremely concerned and took the time to articulate the circumstances and condition she was experiencing. and what he recommended for proper treatment. Be assured if we lived in spirit lake or nearby we would definitely choose Dr. Meyer to be our family physician. Thank you Dr Meyer for being so attentive as my wife has had no further flair ups and is fully recovering. Dick and Kathy

I originally liked my doctor and trusted him. But I really needed to see him (badly) and they put me off so long, that I was unable to see him. I thought surely it wasn't the doctor's doing since I thought he was a very good doctor that I could trust, but I had them ask him directly to see me- obviously he didn't care.

So they betrayed me when I really needed them. I don't recommend them at all now. Just more bad people I cannot trust. I'm leaving the Midwest because I was just screwed and disrespected all over here! I'm leaving the Midwest TODAY. And good riddance- a lot of damage has been done in my life, here. My doctor wasn't trustworthy at all!

Dr Mara Groom is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is caring and attentive and her staff is great. My health victories we're hers as well. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great doctor!! I can not say enough good things about her!

I've had experience with 4 of the clinicians here and they were all great! Drs. Mueting, (Michael) Kalkhoff, Vanderleest, and Groom are all exceptional clinicians that I trust for me and my family! Sometimes there's a wait, because they give each patient the time they require to work them up appropriately. We are willing to wait receive excellent care!

Worst hospital. If you can avoid it don't waste your time going here. You wont be treated but you will be billed for services that aren't rendered.
Got a bill in the mail, I refused a covid test as I had taken two prior to my appointment and Jessica Kelley forced me to take another one despite my plea that I didn't have Covid. I asked her to mark down that i didn't want the test, she didn't. Got a bonus $140 charge for a test i didnt want or need. Thanks for making healthcare about profit and not the people.

My husband has been seeing a Brad Meyer DO Who recommended the Medication hydroxychloroquine by the WHO for Covid19. He stated all the Michigan physicians are using it. I was very disappointed with this statement because it is not a proven way to prevent the infection. We also have a friend in Michigan who is a respected physician who would not substantiate this statement.

DO NOT GO TO DR. STEARNS! He was the ER doctor for someone I know and he was arrogant, rude, and didn't care to listen to her medical history at all. I believe the hospital itself is good. But if Dr. Stearns is on call that night, avoid at all costs!!!!
